Lot N° 01 : Machine offset à 4 groupes d’impression ;

Lot N° 02 : Machine de gravure de plaques offset « CTP » ;

Lot N° 03 : Machine plieuse à cahier de 16 pages;

Lot N° 04 : Machine thermo-relieur à dos carré ;

Lot N° 05 : Massicot de coupe;

Lot N° 06 : Machine pelliculeuse à chaud automatisée.
This invitation is addressed to qualified bidders, fabricators, or their exclusive
representatives. Each bidder can bid for one or several batches
Tenderers interested by this call could withdraw the specifications book, by paying cash an
amount of 5000,00 Algerian dinar non-refundable, at the following address :

Duration of preparation of the offers:
The duration of preparation of the offers is fixed at forty five (45) days starting from the date
of the first publication of the invitation to tender in the Official Bulletin of Markets of the Public
Operator (BOMOP) or the press.
Date/ time limits deposit of the offers:
The filing date of the offers is fixed at the last day of the duration of preparation of the offers,
at 12:00.If this date coincide with one public holiday or a legal weeklyrest day, the duration of
preparation will be extended to the next working day.
Each offer submitted after the date and the time fixed will be rejected.

Validity of tenders:
Tenders must remain valid for a period equal to the period of bid preparation plus three (03)
months.
Bids for a period of validity less than indicated will be rejected.
