NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR BIDDING n° 7/2009
The Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier (ANPM) is launching a national and international
invitation to tender for the adjudication of two (02) lots of deposits of raw material for cement
plants (limestone - clays) for exploration, indicated hereafter.
The companies pre-qualified by ANPM for the exercise of the activities of realization and
exploitation of cement plants in partnership with the Holding Sonatrach External Industrial
activities are invited to express their interest to take part in this invitation to tender.

The companies pre-qualified by the Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier (ANPM) and
interested by these opinion of invitation to tender, can withdraw the schedules of conditions for
each lot, starting from December 6th , 2009, near the Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier
(ANPM) located in Algiers, Val d’Hydra, Tower “B”, against payment of the sum of:
•
300 US$ for foreign companies, payable by payment to ANPM Account
Nr 004 00174 4570009032-76 at the Crédit Populaire d’Algérie (CPA), located at Val
d’Hydra, Algiers.
•
The same amount converted into Algerian Dinars based on the exchange rate of the
day for Algerian registered companies, by payment to ANPM Account
nr 004 00174 4010009026-58 at the Crédit Populaire d’Algérie (CPA), located at Val
d’Hydra, Algiers.
The companies after acquisition of schedule of conditions, can consult the technical
documentation of each lot proposed, available to the level of Data Room open for this purpose,
with to count from December 6th 2009 to March 11th 2010, the address indicated above.
The present call will be achieved in two stages:
•
The first stage: The technical Offer.
•
The second stage: The financial Offer.
Each set of the technical offer which must include the documents set out in the tender
documents must be put into an anonymous sealed envelope bearing the sole mention:

The four envelopes mentioned above must be put into an external anonymous envelope
bearing the following mention only:

The date of submission of the bids is set on March 15th , 2010 at the headquarters of the
Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier, Assets between 08 am and 10:30 am.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session in the presence of the bidders or
their duly mandated representatives on the same day and the same place of submission at
10:30 am.
In line with the basic technical offer as set out in the tender documents, bidders who are
selected during the first stage will be invited to the second stage to submit their financial
offer.
The opening of the bids of the financial offer will take place on the date and the time set by
ANPM in a public session and in the presence of bidders or their duly mandated
representatives.
