Department:
For LMS Samtech in Liege, we are looking for a Software Development Engineer. You will be member of a
team responsible for the design and development of the CAESAM software. CAESAM is a high level CAE
integration platform allowing the customization and the management of all engineering processes (aircraft,
wind turbine …).
Responsibilities:
•Responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of CAESAM.
This includes:
oParticipation in internal and external technical meetings to discuss new developments;
oWriting functional and design specifications and also the user manual;
oImplementation according to specifications;
oDefinition of tests and test scenarios;
oBug fixing;
oSecond Level Support.

Profile requirements:
•Educational Level:
oMaster's degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
•Experience:
oProven skills in object-oriented programming (preferably C++ and Java)
oFamiliar with Linux and Windows environments
•Bonus technical competencies:
oExperience in commercial software development
oExperience of UI design and implementation (Swing)
oKnowledge in 3D programming (OpenGL, DirectX…)
oKnowledge of Eclipse RCP
•Languages:
oFrench
oGood knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
•You are
oa flexible team player;
ocustomer oriented;
oconcerned with quality;
ocreative;
oa rigorous planning writer;
ointerested in science.
