Les bâtiments sont organisés autour
d’un espace paysager central et sont
en harmonie avec l’environnement et
la nature avoisinante.
Les maisons des experts, le centre
énergétique et les terrains de sport
sont intégrés comme d’objets au sein
du paysage.
Le futur centre des opérations devra
montrer de quelle manière une
banque de première catégorie est
capable de générer tout un nouveau
village financier dans lequel la
concentration de systèmes d’information et de ressources pourrait prendre
place au cœur d’une réalité urbaine
et prendre part à la nouvelle réalité de
Shanghai du futur.
The project places its programmatic
elements within a landscaped site
which acts as a bunker element
wherein one finds the main functios of
the technology campus.
The buildings for experts and computer engineers are then grouped around
this centralized bunker element, existing as stand-alone buildings within
the landscape.
Such an architectural language allows the bank and the center to take
on an identifiable image, a necessary
attribute in the bustling context of
Shanghai.
