Installation instructions
• Installation in switch cabinets on 35mm top-hat rail conforming to EN 50022.
• The mains is connected unswitched to terminals L and N.
• Two twisted or stranded, unshielded wires (2 x 0,75mm2 ) are used for the bus line; the two bus
wires may have reversible polarity.
• An TELEA-CFI combox filter (art. no. 22 153 924) must be installed in front of each phase (L1, L2,
L3), to prevent any interference with the Powerline communication, and to prevent the Powerline
signal from being fed into the mains system.
• Each phase must be protected by means of a 16A line safety switch in front of the combox transceiver.
• If not all of the phases are used, at least one phase must be connected to the L1 terminal of the
combox transceiver.
• The combox transceiver may only be used in networks with a frequency of 50Hz.
• Caution! An (uncrossed) extension cable (also known as an adaptor or modem cable) must be used
as an interface cable (max. 2m). A crossed connecting cable (also known as a NULL modem cable)
must not be used.

Installation dans une armoire de commande sur rail DIN 35mm ­conforme à EN 50022.
Raccorder sur les bornes L et N la tension secteur non commutée.
Nous recommandons d'utiliser du matériel électrique conçu pour le 230V AC.
Installer un filtre Combox TELEA-CFI (réf. 22 153 924) en amont de chaque phase (L1, L2, L3) pour
parer aux perturbations éventuelles sur les messages transitant sur le réseau Powerline ou éviter la
propagation du signal Powerline dans le réseau d'alimentation.
• Chaque phase doit être sécurisée avec un commutateur de sécurité (max. 16 A) en amont du transcepteur Combox.
• Si toutes les phases ne sont pas utilisées, au moins une doit être raccordée à la borne L1 du transcepteur Combox.
• Le transcepteur Combox ne peut être utilisé que sur des réseaux de fréquence de 50 Hz.
• Attention ! Le câble de l’interface série doit être un cordon de liaison non croisé (aussi appelé câble
modem ou adaptateur), d’une longueur max. de 2 m. Ne pas utiliser de câble de liaison croisé (aussi
dénommé câble modem-null).

Installationshinweise
• Montage in Schaltschränken auf Hutschiene 35mm gemäß EN 50022
• An den Klemmen L und N wird das Netz ungeschaltet angeschlossen.
• Vor jede Phase (L1, L2, L3) ist ein Combox Filter TELEA-CFI (Art.-Nr. 22 153 924) zu installieren,
damit keine Störungen die Powerline-Kommunikation beeinflussen bzw. das Powerline-Signal nicht
in die Versorgungsnetze gespeist wird.
• Jede Phase ist vor dem Combox Transceiver mit einem 16 A Leitungsschutzschalter (max. 16 A)
abzusichern.
• Werden nicht alle Phasen verwendet, so muss zumindest eine Phase an die Klemme L1 des
Combox Transceivers angeschlossen werden.
• Der Combox Transceiver darf ausschließlich in Netzen mit einer Frequenz von 50Hz eingesetzt
werden.
• Achtung! Als Schnittstellenkabel muss ein (ungekreuztes) Verlängerungskabel (auch Adapter- oder
Modemkabel genannt) verwendet werden (max. 2 m). Es darf kein gekreuztes Verbindungskabel
(auch NULLModemkabel genannt) eingesetzt werden.

Installatie-instructies
• Montage in schakelkasten op montagerails 35 mm volgens EN 50022.
• Het net wordt aan de klemmen L en N ongeschakeld aangesloten.
• Om het Powerline-net tegen storingen te beschermen moet voor elke netfase (L1, L2, L3) een filter
(TELEA-CFI, Art.-Nr. 22 153 924) geïnstalleerd worden.
• Elke fase (L1, L2, L3) moet vóór de TELEA-CTS PL met een zekeringsautomaat (max. 16A)
­gezekerd worden
• De aansluitingen van de drie fasen gebeurt aan de met L1, L2 en L3 aangeduide klemmen. Klem
L1 moet persé met de netvoeding verbonden worden, omdat aan deze fase de eigen stroomvoorziening van de TELEA-CTS PL aangesloten is.
• Let op: Als interfacekabel moet een ongekruiste verlengkabel (ook adapter- of modemkabel genoemd) gebruikt worden (max. 2 m)! Er mag geen gekruiste verbindingskabel (ook nul-modemkabel
genoemd) gebruikt worden.

Istruzioni per l'installazione
• Montaggio in quadri elettrici su binario DIN 35mm secondo EN 50022.
• La rete viene collegata ai morsetti L e N direttamente.
• A monte di ogni fase (L1, L2, L3) è necessario installare un filtro Combox TELEA-CFI
(Art. N° 22.153.924) per evitare interferenze nella comunicazione Powerline e impedire che il
segnale Powerline venga immesso nell’impianto di rete.
• Ogni fase deve essere protetta, a monte del ricetrasmettitore Combox, con un sezionatore di linea
da 16A.
• Se non vengono utilizzate tutte le fasi, almeno una deve essere collegata al morsetto L1 del ricetrasmettitore Combox.
• Il ricetrasmettitore Combox può essere impiegato esclusivamente in reti con una frequenza di 50 Hz.
• Attenzione! Un cavo (non incrociato) di prolunga (chiamato anche cavo adattatore o cavo modem)
deve essere utilizzato come cavo d’interfaccia (max. 2 m). Un cavo di collegamento incrociato
(conosciuto anche come cavo null modem) non deve essere usato.

Installationsanvisning
• Montering i elskåp på 35 mm hattskena enligt EN 50022
• Vid klämmorna L och N ansluts elnätet okopplat.
• Ett TELEA-CFI-comboxfilter (artikelnr 22 153 924) måste monteras framför varje steg (L1, L2, L3)
för att förhindra att nätledningskommunikationen störs och för att förhindra att nätledningssignalen
inte matas in i nätsystemet.
• Varje steg måste skyddas av en säkerhetsbrytare på 16 A framför combox-mottagaren.
• Om inte alla steg används måste minst ett steg anslutas till L1-terminalen på combox-mottagaren.
• Combox-mottagaren kan hantera upp till 255-armaturstyrdon. Iakttag lämplig dimensionering och
lämpligt säkringsskydd för utgångarna i enlighet med föreskrifterna.
• Combox-mottagaren kan endast användas i nätverk med en frekvens på 50 Hz.
• Obs! En (okorsad) förlängningskabel (kallas också adapter eller modemkabel) måste användas
som gränssnittskabel (max. 2 m). En korsad anslutningskabel (kallas också nollmodemkabel) kan
inte användas
