Installation Notes
• Installation in switch cabinets on 35mm top-hat rail conforming to EN 50022.
• The Combox Controller SMS and the dual band modem GSM 900/1800 are supplied with 24V DC
over a power unit (SUP24VDC/1,5A, Art.Nr. 22 161 614).
• We recommend the use of installation material that is designed for 250 V AC mains voltage installations.
• If the connection is made using litz wires, wire end ferrules must be used as required by regulations. Two strands may not be connected to the same terminal.
• The Combox Transceiver TELEA-CTS PL is connected to the COM1/CTS interface (over an RS232
interface cable).
• The dual band modem GSM 900/1800 (Art. No. 22 154 078) is ­connected to the COM3/SMS interface.
• An input/output device is connected to the Ethernet interface over a crossed Ethernet cable
(PC-RJ45, Art. No. 22 154 194).
• A multimedia card MMC (TELEA-CMMC, Art. No. 22 154 181) is inserted in the MMC slot for saving
the log files of the facility.

Consignes pour l'installation
• Installation dans une armoire de commande sur rail DIN 35mm ­conforme à EN 50022.
• Le "Combox Controller SMS" et le modem "Dual Band GSM 900/1800" sont alimentés en 24V
­continu par le module (SUP24VDC/1,5A, Art.Nr. 22 161 614).
• Nous recommandons d'utiliser du matériel et tout accessoire de connexion pour fonctionnement
en 250V AC.
• Pour le raccordement de conducteurs en faisceau ou en toron, mettre les cosses et embouts de
câblage selon les règles. Deux conducteurs ne peuvent pas être à la même borne.
• Sur l'interface COM1/CTS se raccorde le Combox Transceiver TELEA-CTS PL (via un câble liaison
série RS232). Sur l'interface COM3/SMS le modem "Dual Band GSM 900/1800"
(Art.-Nr. 22 154 078).
• Sur le port Ethernet se raccorde via un câble Ethernet à conducteurs torsadés (PC-RJ45,
Art.-Nr. 22 154 194) un module d'entrée/sortie.
• Pour l'enregistrement des fichiers log de l'installation, enficher une carte "Multi Media Card MMC"
(TELEA-CMMC, Art.-Nr. 22 154 181) dans le slot MMC.

Installationshinweise

ontage in Schaltschränken auf Hutschiene 35mm gemäß EN 50022
• Der Combox Controller SMS und das Dual Band Modem GSM 900/1800 werden über ein
Netzgerät mit einer 24 V Gleichspannung versorgt (SUP24VDC/1,5A, Art.Nr. 22 161 614).
• Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Installationsmaterial, das für Netzspannungsinstallationen
250 V AC ausgelegt ist.
• Wird der Anschluss über Litzendrähte ausgeführt, sind entsprechend den Vorschriften Aderend­
hülsen zu verwenden. Zwei Adern an einer Klemme ist nicht zulässig.
• An die COM1/CTS Schnittstelle wird der Combox Transceiver TELEA-CTS PL (über ein RS232Schnittstellenkabel) angeschlossen. An die COM3/SMS Schnittstelle das Dual Band Modem GSM
900/1800 (Art.-Nr. 22 154 078).
• An die Ethernet Schnittstelle wird über ein gekreuztes Ethernetkabel (PC-RJ45, Art.-Nr. 22 154 194)
ein Ein- / Ausgabegerät angeschlossen.
• Zum Speichern der Anlagen Logfiles ist eine Multi Media Card MMC (TELEA-CMMC,
Art.-Nr. 22 154 181) in den MMC Slot zu stecken.

• Il diodo luminoso "DC 24V ok" si illumina di colore rosso quando sul controller Combox è presente
tensione.
• Il diodo luminoso "CCT ok" si illumina di colore verde quando il controller Combox è pronto per
l'uso. Il diodo luminoso lampeggia quando la rappresentazione dell'impianto viene caricata e memorizzata.
• Il diodo luminoso "low battery" si illumina di colore rosso quando la batteria montata nell'
TELEA-CCTS presenta un problema.
Istruzioni per l'installazione
• Montaggio in quadri elettrici su binario DIN 35mm secondo EN 50022.
• Il controller SMS Combox ed il Dual Band Modem GSM 900/1800 vengono alimentati attraverso un
alimentatore con una tensione continua di 24V (SUP24VAC/1,5A, Art.-Nr. 22 161 614).
• Consigliamo l'uso di materiale d'installazione predisposto per installazioni della tensione di rete da
250V AC.
• Se il collegamento viene eseguito mediante fili intrecciati, utilizzare bussole terminali come da
­disposizioni. Non sono ammessi due fili su un morsetto.
• Il ricetrasmettitore TELEA-CTS PL viene collegato all'interfaccia COM1/CTS (mediante un cavo
d'interfaccia RS232). All'interfaccia COM2/SMS viene collegato il Dual Band Modem GSM 900/1800
( Art.-Nr. 22 154 078).
• All'interfaccia Ethernet viene collegato un dispositivo di input/output tramite un cavo Ethernet
­incrociato (PC-RJ45, Art.-Nr. 22 154 194).
• Per la memorizzazione dei file di log dell'impianto occorre inserire nella slot MMC una Multi Media
Card MMC (TELEA-CMMC, Art.-Nr. 22 154 181).

• Als de aansluiting met litzendraad wordt uitgevoerd, moeten volgens de voorschriften draadeindhulzen gebruikt worden. Twee draden aan een klem is niet toelaatbaar.
• Aan de COM1/CTS interface wordt de Combox transceiver TELEA-CTS PL (via een RS232-interfacekaart) aangesloten. Aan de COM3/SMS interface de dual-band modem GSM 900/1800
(Art.-Nr. 22 154 078).
• Aan de Ethernet interface wordt via een gekruiste Ethernetkabel (PC-RJ45, Art.-Nr. 22 154 194)
een in-/uitvoerapparaat aangesloten.
• Voor het opslaan van de installatielogbestanden moet een multi­mediakaart MMC (TELEA-CMMC,

• Om anslutningen görs med kabeltrådar ska ledarändhylsor användas i enlighet med föreskrifterna.
Två ledare på en klämma är inte tillåtet.
