This contract will take effect with reception of two specimes of the dated and signed contract and the
payment of the reservation advance correspondig to 40% of the renting price ? We will return to you
on specimen signed by us to close the contract.
In case of reservation by phone or e-mail, the option of reservation (noted orange on the websote
calendar) will be preserved for 10 days on standby of the reception of the documents. Beyond this
date, this reservation will be cancelled.
