WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
Alle Tätigkeiten, an und mit diesem Gerät dürfen nur insoweit ausgeführt werden, wie sie in
dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben sind. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu
Haushaltszwecken, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben. Benutzen Sie den Mixer
nur für kulinarische Zubereitungen.
Falls Sie das Produkt einmal an eine andere Person weitergeben möchten,

Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten

Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Anschlussleitung nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes
führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät oder knicken Sie sie
nicht.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Mixbecher korrekt auf das Motorgehäuse montiert ist bevor
Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz anschließen.
ACHTUNG! Ihr Gerät ist mit einer
Sicherheitsvorrichtung auf dem Motorgehäuse ausgestattet. Diese Vorrichtung verhindert
eine Inbetriebnahme bei falsch montiertem Mixbecher. Sollte Ihr Standmixer dennoch
nicht funktionieren, so wenden Sie sich an den zuständigen Kundendienst.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht zum dauerhaften Gebrauch geeignet. Es ist kein professionelles
Gerät. Daher sollten Sie regelmäßige Pausen einlegen. Siehe hierzu Abschnitt
« Betriebsdauer » der Bedienungsanleitung.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen, montieren
oder auseinandernehmen. Die Zubehörteile müssen vor dem Reinigen auseinandergenommen werden. Achten Sie stets darauf, dass Sie sich nicht verletzen, die Klinge ist
besonders scharf.
Halten Sie Ihre Hände oder andere Gegenstände nicht in den Mixbecher bei Gebrauch

Beim Mixen von heißen Flüssigkeiten äußerst vorsichtig vorgehen: Spritzer von heißen
Flüssigkeiten können Verbrennungen verursachen. Bevor Sie mixen, den Deckel des
Mixbechers schließen.
Das Gerät kann zum Zubereiten von kleinen Mengen benutzt werden, die quasi sofort
verspeist werden. Das Gerät ist nicht zum Zubereiten von großen Mengen geeignet.
(*) Fachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst des Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der für derartige
Reparaturen zuständig ist. Für eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an diesen
Kundendienst.
BETRIEBSDAUER
Um optimale Ergebnisse mit Ihrem Gerät zu erzielen, arbeiten Sie nach der Regel "10 Sekunden
Arbeiten, 3 Sekunden Pause".
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Der Mixer ist für eine Kurzbetriebszeit von
60 Sekunden ausgelegt. Schalten Sie danach das Gerät für ein paar Minuten aus.
MONTAGE DES STANDMIXERS UND GEBRAUCH

Mixbecher (4) so auf der Motoreinheit (5) aufsetzen und durch Drehen entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn einrasten, damit der Sicherheitsschalter entriegelt wird.
Füllen Sie den Mixbecher mit den Nahrungsmitteln, die Sie ausgewählt haben. Bei
größeren Mengen empfiehlt es sich, das Mixgut nach und nach einzufüllen (max.
Füllmenge 500 ml).
Im Falle sehr heißen Mixgutes den Mixbecher nur zur Hälfte füllen. Kein Mixgut über 80°C
einfüllen.
Schneiden Sie größeres Mixgut vor dem Mixen in kleinere Teile.
Setzen Sie nun den Deckel des Mixbechers (3) auf und drücken Sie ihn fest an.
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose und schalten Sie das Gerät am Tast-Schalter
(1) so ein, wie im Abschnitt „Betriebsdauer“ beschrieben.
Behälter nicht von der Motoreinheit abnehmen, bevor das Messer (2) völlig zum Stillstand
gekommen ist. Verletzungsgefahr!
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGEHINWEISE

Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät reinigen.
Zum Reinigen trennen Sie den Mixbecher von der Motoreinheit. Den Mixbecher
einschließlich Messerteil und Deckel in warmen Seifenwasser abwaschen, anschließend
mit reichlich klarem Wasser abspülen und gründlich abtrocknen.
Das Gehäuse sollten Sie nur mit einem feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm reinigen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät dringt. Tauchen Sie das
Gehäuse mit dem Motorblock niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Reinigen Sie niemals mit metallischen Gegenständen und verwenden Sie keine Schleifund Scheuermittel.

infolge normaler Abnützung entstanden sind. Ebenso weisen wir darauf hin, dass die
Gewährleistung bei Fremdeingriff erlischt. Hierbei wird der Verkäufer im Fall eines Schadens

Sollten Sie einen Mangel feststellen, geben Sie bitte das vollständige Gerät an ihren Händler
bzw. Verkaufsstelle. Gewährleistungsansprüche gelten nur in Verbindung mit dem zugehörigen
Kassenbon bzw. der Kopie einer eventuellen Reparaturrechnung, die bei Inanspruchnahme
der Serviceleistung unbedingt mit vorzulegen sind/ist.
Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, das gesäuberte Gerät mit einer kurzen, gut lesbaren
Fehlerbeschreibung zusammen mit dem Kassenbon in einer frankierten Sendung an unseren
Kundendienst in unserer Firma in Bad Blankenburg zu senden.
Defekte Zubehörteile führen nicht zum Umtausch des Gerätes, sondern werden kostenlos im
Austausch zugesandt. In diesem Fall bitte nicht das Gerät einschicken, sondern nur das defekte
Zubehörteil bestellen! Glasbruchschäden sind grundsätzlich kostenpflichtig.
Sowohl Defekte an Verbrauchszubehör bzw. Verschleißteilen, als auch Reinigung, Wartung
oder der Austausch von Verschleißteilen, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung und sind
deshalb kostenpflichtig!
NACH ABLAUF DER GESETZLICHEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSFRIST
Reparaturen können kostenpflichtig von entsprechendem Fachpersonal oder Reparaturservice

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Only use the appliance in the way indicated in this instruction manual. Only use the
appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions. Only use
this appliance for cooking purposes.
Should you hand over the appliance to another user, make sure to hand
over the instruction manual together with the appliance.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating
plate of the appliance.
Never leave your appliance unsupervised when in use.
People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a
safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or
knowledge, must never use the appliance without supervision or instructions of a
responsible person.
Close supervision is necessary if children are near the appliance in order to avoid that they
use it as a toy.
From time to time check the appliance and its cord for damages. Never use the
appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. In that case, all repairs should
be made by a competent qualified electrician(*). Never use the appliance if it shows

Never immerse the motor block of your appliance in water or any other liquid for any
reason whatsoever. Never place the appliance into the dishwasher.
Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
Always unplug the appliance when it is not in use.
Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in
any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
The pouring jug should be mounted correctly on the motor block before you plug the
appliance into the mains.
CAUTION! The appliance is equipped with a safety system,
which prevents the appliance from working if the jug is badly mounted. If the blender still
does not work, please contact the customer service.
This kind of appliance cannot function continuously, it is not a professional type of
appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important
information » in this instruction manual.
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, assembling or disassembling it. The
accessories have to be disassembled before cleaning. Caution, the blades of the blender
are very sharp, always pay attention not to get cut when manipulating them.
Danger of injury!
Keep your hands outside the appliance when under tension or in use.
It is recommended not to plug in the appliance before the lid of the feeding jug is placed.
We advise you to wait until the lid is closed before switching on the appliance.
Always close the jug with the lid before starting to mix. When mixing hot liquid, you have to
be very careful in order to avoid splashing of hot liquid, otherwise you can get burned.
The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food, which have to
be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at
once.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this electrician.

UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY)
This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp
plug is used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour
coded:
blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red.
The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (&
yellow).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For best results with your appliance, please follow the "10 seconds use, 3 seconds break" rule.
This appliance is not intended for professional use. The appliance is made for a short use of 60
seconds. After that, please switch off your appliance for a couple of seconds.

Assemble the pouring jug (4) on the motor block (5) and turn it anti-clockwise till it clicks in
order to unlock the safety switch.
Fill the pouring jug with the chosen ingredients. For larger quantities, it is recommended to
add the food gradually (maximum capacity 500 ml).
In case of very hot ingredients, fill the jug to the half. Do not fill ingredients of more than
80°C.
Before mixing, please cut the large ingredients into small pieces.
Put the lid (3) on the pouring jug and make sure it is blocked correctly.
Put the plug in the power socket and switch on the appliance with the switch (1) as
described in the paragraph "Important Information".
Do not remove the jug from the motor block before the blade (2) is totally still. Otherwise
you might hurt yourself!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug from outlet before cleaning the appliance.
For cleaning the pouring jug, remove it from the motor block. Clean the jug, the blades
and the lid with hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly with clear water. Dry before
assembling.
Clean the housing with a damp cloth or sponge. Make sure that no liquid enters into the
appliance. Never immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
Never clean the appliance with metallic utensils and do not use any abrasives.

In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol

rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it free of charge to a municipal collection point
performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in
accordance with the directive.
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
For our products, the legal terms concerning claims under guarantee are valid. During the
legal period, all material and manufacturing defects are covered. No claims will be accepted
for broken accessories, defects resulting from inappropriate use or care, excessive wear due to
intensive use, wrong use due to the non-observance of the instruction manual, or normal wear
and tear. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if
attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held
responsible in case of accidents.
If you detect a defect, please contact your vendor or shop and return your complete
appliance in its original packaging together with the receipt. Claims under guarantee will only
be valid if the receipt or a copy of a repair bill is handed over with the appliance that needs
repair.
Or send the appliance cleaned, well packed and with a short, easily readable description of
the default as well as the receipt freight prepaid to our customer service in our firm in Bad
Blankenburg.
In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified
technician or a repair service.

POUR VOTRE SECURITE

ATTENTION! Cet appareil est muni d’un dispositif
de sécurité empêchant le démarrage du moteur tant que le bol verseur n’est pas
correctement placé. Si votre blender ne fonctionne toujours pas, adressez-vous au service
clientèle.
Ce genre d’appareil ne peut fonctionner de façon continue, il ne s’agit pas d’un appareil
de type professionnel. Il est nécessaire d’effectuer des pauses à intervalles réguliers.
Consultez la rubrique « Intervalles d’utilisation » du présent mode d’emploi.
Il est indispensable de débrancher l’appareil avant de le monter, démonter ou nettoyer.
Les accessoires doivent être démontés avant le nettoyage. Attention: les lames sont
coupantes et par conséquent, il est indispensable de prendre des précautions
particulières lors de leur manipulation, pour le nettoyage notamment.
Gardez vos mains hors du bol verseur lorsque votre appareil est sous tension ou en
fonctionnement, ceci afin d’éviter de graves blessures. Il est d’ailleurs fortement conseillé

Afin d'obtenir un résultat optimal, travaillez selon la règle "10 secondes de fonctionnement, 3
secondes de pause".
Cet appareil n'est pas conçu pour un usage professionnel. Le mixer est conçu pour un usage
de courte durée, de 60 secondes maximum. Après quelques minutes, éteignez l'appareil.
MONTAGE DU BLENDER ET UTILISATION

Assemblez le bol verseur (4) sur le bloc moteur (5) et tournez-le dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que l'interrupteur de sécurité soit déverrouillé.
Remplissez le bol verseur avec les ingrédients que vous avez sélectionnés. Pour de
grandes quantités, il est conseillé d’ajouter les ingrédients au fur et à mesure (capacité
maximale de remplissage 500 ml).
Si vous souhaitez mixer des ingrédients très chauds, ne remplissez le bol que jusqu’à la
moitié. Ne pas mettre d’ingrédients dont la température est supérieure à 80°C.
Avant de commencer, coupez les gros ingrédients en petits morceaux.
Placez le couvercle (3) sur le bol verseur et assurez-vous qu'il soit bien fixé.
Branchez l’appareil et mettez-le en fonctionnement à l'aide de l'interrupteur (1), et
comme indiqué dans le paragraphe "intervalles d'utilisation".
Ne pas enlever le bol verseur du bloc moteur tant que la lame (2) n’est pas à l’arrêt
complet.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

Toujours débrancher votre appareil avant de le nettoyer.
Pour un nettoyage complet, retirez le bol verseur du bloc moteur. Vous pouvez alors laver
le bol, les lames et le couvercle avec de l’eau chaude additionnée de détergent et rincer
abondamment à l’eau claire. Faites sécher avant de remonter l’ensemble.
Nettoyez le corps de l'appareil uniquement avec un chiffon ou une éponge humide.
Assurez-vous que l’eau ne pénètre pas dans l’appareil. Ne plongez jamais le bloc moteur
dans l'eau ou dans tout autre liquide.
Ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil à l’aide d’ustensiles métalliques et n’utilisez pas de produits
abrasifs.

Afin de préserver notre environnement et notre santé, l’élimination en fin de vie des appareils
électriques et électroniques doit se faire selon des règles bien précises et nécessite
l’implication de chacun, qu’il soit fournisseur ou utilisateur. C’est pour cette raison que votre
appareil, tel que le signale le symbole
apposé sur sa plaque signalétique ou sur
l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée destinée
aux ordures ménagères. L'utilisateur a le droit de déposer l'appareil gratuitement dans des lieux
publics de collecte procédant à un tri sélectif des déchets pour être soit recyclé, soit réutilisé
pour d’autres applications conformément à la directive.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Pour nos produits, les conditions légales concernant les réclamations dans le cadre de la
période de garantie sont d’application.
Pendant la période légale, les vices de fabrication et de matériaux sont couverts. Ne sont pas
couverts par la garantie : les bris de pièces ou d’accessoires, les défauts liés à un usage ou
entretien détourné de l’appareil, à des usures excessives résultant d’usages intensifs et à tout
autre usage contraire aux instructions fournies. La garantie devient caduque lorsque le produit
a été modifié ou des tentatives de réparation ont visiblement été faites. Ces manipulations
dégagent dans le même temps la responsabilité du vendeur en cas d’accidents.
Si vous constatez un défaut, adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou au magasin et retournez
l'appareil complet dans son emballage d'origine ainsi que le ticket de caisse. Les réclamations
introduites dans le cadre de la garantie sont uniquement valables si le ticket de caisse ou la
copie d’une facture de réparation éventuelle est joint(e).
Ou envoyez l'appareil nettoyé, bien emballé et dûment affranchi avec une courte description
du défaut en majuscules à notre service après-vente dans notre firme à Bad Blankenburg en
joignant également votre ticket de caisse.
Si des accessoires sont défectueux, l'appareil complet ne sera pas remplacé, mais les
accessoires seront échangés gratuitement. Dans ce cas, ne renvoyez donc pas l'appareil
complet mais commandez seulement l'accessoire défectueux! En cas de verre cassé, le
remplacement de l'accessoire concerné est payant. L'échange des accessoires soumis à
l'usure ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien ou l'échange de pièces usées ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie et l'échange de ces pièces sera donc payant!
APRES LA PERIODE LEGALE DE GARANTIE
Les réparations après la période de garantie peuvent être effectuées par un service qualifié
compétent ou par un service de réparation moyennant payement.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig alvorens u uw toestel gebruikt.
Het toestel mag enkel gebruikt worden zoals in deze gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven is.
Gebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijke doeleinden en op de wijze zoals vermeld in
de gebruiksaanwijzing. Gebruik deze mixer enkel voor culinaire doeleinden.
Wanneer u dit toestel aan een andere gebruiker overhandigt, gelieve
altijd deze gebruiksaanwijzing bij te sluiten.
Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel
vooraleer u het gebruikt.
Laat uw toestel nooit onbeheerd achter tijdens het gebruik.
Personen (kinderen inbegrepen) die wegens hun fysieke, sensoriële of
mentale capaciteiten, of wegens hun gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, het toestel niet veilig
kunnen gebruiken, mogen dit toestel niet zonder toezicht of instructies van een
verantwoordelijke persoon gebruiken.
Hou kinderen goed in het oog om te vermijden dat ze met het toestel spelen.
Controleer regelmatig of het toestel niet beschadigd is en gebruik het niet indien het
snoer of het toestel zelf enige beschadiging zouden vertonen maar laat het nakijken en
herstellen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst(*). Gebruik het toestel niet indien het
zichtbare schade vertoont.
Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te
reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.
Gebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het toestel niet in gebruik is.
Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan
gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker en het toestel beschadigen.
Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer
nergens kan achterhaken en daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het
snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.
Let erop dat de mixbeker correct op het motorblok is gemonteerd alvorens het toestel op
het elektriciteitsnet aan te sluiten.
OPGELET! Dit toestel is met een veiligheid uitgerust die
verhindert dat het motorblok aanspringt wanneer de mixbeker niet correct is
aangebracht. Indien het toestel daarna nog altijd niet werkt, gelieve contact op te
nemen met de klantendienst.
Dit soort toestel kan niet constant functioneren. Het is immers geen professioneel toestel.
Men dient regelmatig pauzes in te lassen. Raadpleeg het hoofdstuk "Gebruiksinterval" van
de gebruiksaanwijzing.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt, monteert of demonteert.
De accessoires moeten gedemonteerd worden voor de reiniging. Opgepast: het mes in
de mixbeker is zeer scherp.
Houd uw handen of andere objecten niet in de beker wanneer uw toestel onder
spanning is of bij gebruik van het toestel.
Gevaar voor kwetsuren! Het is raadzaam het
toestel enkel dan aan te sluiten wanneer het deksel van de beker op zijn plaats is.
Sluit alvorens te mixen het deksel van de beker. Bij het mixen van warme vloeistoffen dient
u uiterst voorzichtig te werk te gaan: het opspatten van warme vloeistoffen kan immers
verbrandingen veroorzaken.
Het toestel is ontworpen voor de bereiding van kleine hoeveelheden voedsel voor quasi
onmiddellijk verbruik. Het toestel is niet ontworpen voor de bereiding van grote
hoeveelheden tegelijk.

(*) Bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst: klantendienst van de fabrikant of de invoerder, die erkend
en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt. Gelieve
het toestel bij problemen naar deze dienst terug te brengen.
GEBRUIKSINTERVAL
Voor een optimaal resultaat, gelieve volgens de regel "10 seconden werking, 3 seconden
pauze" te werken.
Dit apparaat mag niet op professionele wijze gebruikt worden. De mixer is voor een kortstondig
gebruik van 60 seconden geschikt. Schakel daarna het toestel enkele seconden uit.
MONTAGE VAN DE BLENDER EN GEBRUIK

Plaats de kan (4) op het motorblok (5) en blokkeer ze door ze lichtjes tegen de klok in te
draaien, zodat de veiligheidsschakelaar ontgrendeld wordt.
Vul de kan met het gewenste voedsel. Voor grotere hoeveelheden is het raadzaam het
voedsel in verschillende keren te mixen (maximale inhoud 500 ml).
Als u heet voedsel wilt mixen, vul de beker dan maar voor de helft. Geen voedsel van
meer dan 80°C in de kan doen.
Snijd voor het mixen de grotere stukken in kleinere stukjes.
Sluit het deksel van de kan (3) en druk erop tot het vastzit.
Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en schakel het toestel aan met de schakelaar (1), en
zoals aangeduid in de paragraaf "Gebruiksinterval".
Verwijder de kan niet van het motorblok zolang de messen (2) nog draaien. Risico op
verwondingen!
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u uw toestel reinigt.
Voor een volledige reiniging van de kan neemt u deze van het motorblok af. Daarna de
kan inclusief messen en deksel met warm zeepwater reinigen en met helder water
afspoelen. Droog het toestel af alvorens het opnieuw samen te stellen.
Reinig de behuizing enkel met een vochtige doek of spons. Zorg ervoor dat er geen water
in het toestel sijpelt. Dompel het motorblok nooit onder in water of enige andere vloeistof.
Reinig het toestel nooit met metalen voorwerpen en gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of
bijtende producten.
Onder voorbehoud van technische veranderingen.
MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Om deze reden mag uw
apparaat, zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool
,
niet met het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden. De gebruiker heeft het recht het toestel
gratis naar een gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het
overeenkomstig de richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal
worden.

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Voor onze producten gelden de wettelijke bepalingen wat betreft aanspraken op de
waarborg. Tijdens de wettelijke periode worden materiaal- of fabrieksfouten gedekt. Op de
waarborg kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt voor breekbare onderdelen, of voor
defecten ten gevolge van gebruik voor verkeerde doeleinden of van slecht onderhoud, van
overmatige slijtage door intensief gebruik, of van foutief gebruik wegens de niet-naleving van
de gebruiksaanwijzing, of voor defecten ten gevolge van normale slijtage. Op de waarborg
kan ook geen aanspraak worden gemaakt indien het toestel gewijzigd werd of indien er
pogingen tot herstelling werden uitgevoerd. In dit geval kan de verkoper ook niet
aansprakelijk worden gehouden in geval van ongevallen.
Indien u een defect vaststelt, gelieve contact op te nemen met de verkoper of winkel waar u
het toestel gekocht hebt en overhandig het volledige toestel in zijn oorspronkelijke verpakking
samen met uw kasticket. Aanspraken op de garantie gelden enkel indien het kasticket of een
kopie van een eventuele herstelfactuur bijgesloten wordt.
Of stuur uw toestel gereinigd, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd met een korte, duidelijk leesbare
beschrijving van de defecten samen met het kasticket naar onze klantendienst in onze fabriek
in Bad Blankenburg.
Defecte accessoires leiden niet tot het omruilen van het toestel, maar worden gratis
vervangen. Gelieve in dit geval niet het toestel terug te sturen, maar enkel de defecte
accessoires. Gebroken glas kan mits betaling vervangen worden.
Accessoires die defect zijn wegens slijtage evenals reiniging, onderhoud of het vervangen van
onderdelen die aan slijtage onderhevig zijn, worden niet door de waarborg gedekt en moeten
dus betaald worden!
NA AFLOOP VAN DE WETTELIJKE GARANTIEPERIODE
Herstellingen na afloop van de garantieperiode kunnen mits betaling door bekwame
gekwalificeerde vaklui of herstellingsdiensten uitgevoerd worden.
