souscrite au point de livraison PIC. (Ce service vous concerne
que si vous détenez au moins un client PIC en portefeuille ! )

Chers clients,
TIGF vous offre aujourd’hui un service d’information basé sur la détection des dépassements
de capacités souscrites journalière et/ou horaires aux points de livraison PIC. Cette alerte se
présente sous la forme d’un Email et d’un fichier attaché au format csv dont l’envoi se
déclenche pour chaque jour en situation de dépassement pour tous les PIC de votre
portefeuille.
Ce service s’enrichit dans sa nouvelle version du 27/09/2016 à partir des nouveaux
éléments suivants :
-
la valorisation des pénalités journalières et horaires en euros (en complément
des quantités d’énergies dans la version actuelle)
-
tous les dépassements détectés sur le mois en cours dans un même fichier et
l’affichage de cumuls mensuels des pénalités journalières et horaires
-
une mise à disposition du fichier csv sur la plateforme IRIS pour faciliter votre
exploitation des données.
Vous trouverez en pièce jointe un exemple d’Email type qui accompagnera le fichier csv lors
de la détection de pointes.
Dans la mesure où votre entreprise reçoit déjà nos Emails d’alarme dans la version actuelle,
nous assurerons l’envoi du nouveau fichier aux destinataires déjà identifiés sans actions
particulières de leur part. Vous pourrez le cas échéant nous solliciter pour ajouter ou retirer
des destinataires de votre entreprise en adressant une demande écrite par Email à l’adresse
[email protected] avec copie à [email protected]
Ce service est également proposé pour la première fois à vos clients industriels (PIC).

capacities subscribed at the PIC delivery point. (This service
concerns you if you have at least one PIC customer in your
portfolio !)

Dear customers,
TIGF is now offering an information service based on the detection of overruns of daily
and/or hourly subscribed capacities at the PIC delivery points. This alert comes in the form of
an email with an attached CSV file which will be sent for each day that there is an overrun at
the PICs in your portfolio.
In its new version of 27/09/2016, this service will be enhanced with the following features:
-
the valuation in euros of daily and hourly penalties (in addition to the information
about energy amounts which is available in the current version)
-
information on all overruns detected during the current month is given in a single
file and the monthly total of daily and hourly penalties is displayed
-
a CSV copy of the file is made available on the IRIS platform to make it easier for
you to exploit the data.
Attached you will find an example of an email alert which will be sent to you when an
overrun is detected.
If your company already receives our email alerts in the current version, we will carry on
sending the new file to already identified recipients with no specific action required from
them. If you would like to add or remove recipients, please send a written request to [email protected] with [email protected] copied into the email.
This service will also be offered for the first time to your industrial customers (PIC).
