Chers clients expéditeurs,
Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que le dispositif de souscription aux points
« PIC» décrit dans votre contrat Section 2 – article 3.1.2 « Augmentation de la
souscription annuelle a posteriori » évoluera au 1er janvier 2016.
Dans la mesure où vous avez souscrit dans votre contrat de transport à la Section
2 « Réservation de capacités sur le Réseau Régional » dans la perspective de
livrer un client final au point « PIC » sur le réseau régional TIGF, vous pourrez
dorénavant effectuer a posteriori vos demandes d’augmentation de souscription
annuelle au PIC sous l’outil dédié TETRA « au plus tard le dixième jour civil du
Mois M » (au lieu de « au plus tard le quatrième jour ouvré du Mois M »). Les
autres règles de la Section 2 ne sont pas modifiées.
Ce nouveau dispositif applicable au 1er janvier 2016 est repris dans le nouveau
projet de texte de la Section 2 en pièce jointe ( modification surlignée en jaune page
4).
Nous espérons que ce nouveau service vous permettra de faciliter et d’améliorer
votre gestion des souscriptions pour le compte de vos propres clients.

Dear shipper customers,
We have the pleasure to inform you that the mechanism of subscription at PIC’s
point described in your contract Section 2 - article 3.1.2 “Increase of the annual
capacity a posteriori “ will evolve on January 1st, 2016.
As far as you subscribed in your contract of transport to the Section 2
“Reservation of capacities on the Regional Grid” to deliver an end customer to
the point "PIC" on TIGF’s regional grid, you can make from now on your requests of
increase of annual subscription for the PIC under the dedicated tool TETRA “at the
latest by the tenth calendar day of the Month M” (instead of “at the latest by the
fourth working day of the Month M”). Other rules of Section 2 are not modified.
This new applicable device on January 1st, 2016 is resumed in the new project of
text of the Section 2 as attachment (modification highlighted in yellow page 4).
We hope that this new service will allow you to facilitate and to improve your
management of subscriptions for your own customers.
