Programme passerelle pour la section sportive natation du secondaire
En Février 2013, un nouveau programme en natation a été rajouté aux 3 autres programmes de natation
du secondaire => PROGRAMME D'IDENTIFICATION DE TALENTS.

L'Identification de Talents => Talent Squad
Le programme d'Identification de Talents est défini dans le projet pédagogique d'EPS du secondaire. Ce
programme est géré par l’équipe enseignante EPS du secondaire, il est à destination des CM2 et des CM1
mais aussi à destination des CE2 qui font déjà de la compétition en club.
Le programme d'Identification de Talents est un programme passerelle afin d'accéder au programme de la
section sportive – option natation au niveau du secondaire. Ce programme permet aussi à l’équipe
pédagogique de l'EPS de découvrir des talents dans le primaire .
Ne sont pas éligibles pour le programme

Les élèves en dessous de la classe de CE2 même s'ils nagent déjà 4 nages efficacement
Minimum pour être éligible au programme

Avoir été dans le groupe noir pendant les cours de natation organisés par le lycée en sport
Savoir nager 100m sans un arrêt (toutes les nages sauf le papillon)

Pathway program for secondary swimming sport section
In February 2013, a new swimming program was added to the 3 other secondary swimming programs =>
IDENTIFYING TALENTS PROGRAM.

The school sport section - Competition program => Elite Squad A
The Sport Association Sportive for competition - Competition program => Elite Squad B
The Sport Association - School Development program => Development Squad
Identifying Talents – School Talent Identification Program => Talent Squad
The program Identifying Talents is defined in the secondary PE pedagogical project. This program is
managed by the secondary PE teaching team and is for CM2 and CM1 students. But also for CE2
students who have already competed in clubs.
The Identifying Talent program is a pathway program in order to access the elite school program of the
swimming sport section (the school sport section-swimming option) in secondary.
This programme will allow the PE team to identify existing sporting talents in the primary school.
Are not eligible for this program

Students under CE2 even if they can swim 4 swimming strokes efficiently.
Minimum to be eligible for the program

Being able to swim 3 different strokes (Free style - Backstroke - Breaststroke - Butterfly)
The student was in the Black group during the school PE lessons
Being able to swim 100m without stopping (for all strokes, except the butterfly stroke)
