Reporting directly to the Director, International Product Management and Marketing, the
Coordinator will work closely with the Manager, Global PAC International Strategy located in
Sherbrooke. While having a focus on representing the International division in the development
process, the Coordinator ensures a cohesive planning and execution between all the key functions
such as volume planning, procurement, finance, go-to-market and order-to-delivery in order to create
an efficient product launched in key markets and maximize sales potential.

Maximize new PAC products contribution into the overall INTL PAC Growth Plan.

Contribute to the PAC volume planning to ensure consistency between the business case,
financial plan and procurement assumptions.

Ensure efficient PAC product launches at new model year to reach sales target.

Establish and sustain a PAC product governance mechanism with the INTL regions and N-A
teams.

Represent INTL division on key PAC and marketing projects.
Education, Background & Experience:




University degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Engineering or Management.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related software packages.
Some travel is required (approximately 4-5 trips / year)

Sous la supervision du Directeur, Gestion de produits et marketing de la division internationale, le
coordonnateur travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de service, Stratégie internationale
PAV situé à Sherbrooke. Le rôle premier du coordonnateur est de représenter la division
internationale au sein de la gouvernance et du processus de développement des produits. Dans le
cadre de ses fonctions, le coordonnateur doit interagir avec les fonctions suivantes: Développement
des produits, finance, approvisionnement, ventes, marketing et distribution afin d'assurer le succès
des lancements de produits et maximiser le potentiel de ventes PAV.





Maximiser la contribution des nouveaux produits PAV au sein du plan de croissance globale
de la division internationale.
Contribuer à la planification des ventes pour assurer la cohérence entre les analyses de
rentabilité "business case", les prévisions d'approvisionnement et plans de mise en marché.
Veiller au lancement efficace des nouveautés et gammes de produits PAV afin d'atteindre les
objectifs de ventes fixés.
Mettre sur pied et maintenir une gouvernance de la gestion des produits PAV avec les
différentes régions internationales et l'équipe en Amérique du Nord.
Représenter la division PAV internationale au sein de différentes initiatives/projets.
Formation et expérience souhaités:
 Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe tel que marketing, ingénierie ou gestion
 Un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente
 Connaissance pratique de MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word et logiciels connexes
 Certains déplacements sont exigés (environ 4-5 déplacements / ans)

 Approche rigoureuse et grande capacité d'organisation
 Bonne expérience des affaires en général et orienté sur les résultats
 Affinités techniques pour les véhicules récréatifs motorisés est un atout
 Apte à mobiliser les autres à l'aide d'un bon réseautage et grâce à une bonne communication
