Déménagement de l’Hôtel de ville
Suite à la réception des plans de l’ingénieur pour l’installation de poutres afin de sécuriser l’immeuble
de l’hôtel de ville, il est convenu qu’il serait impossible de travailler dans un environnement semblable
et surtout que, tous les classeurs et archives doivent sortir du bâtiment et ils sont essentiels au travail
quotidien. Le conseil a opté pour le déménagement de l’hôtel de ville pour la sécurité des employés et
des citoyens.
Par conséquent, nos bureaux seront fermés pour une période de 3 jours pour le déménagement soit les
26, 29 et 30 septembre inclusivement.
Le nouvel emplacement de l’hôtel de ville sera situé temporairement aux Galeries Ormstown, 4 rue
Bridge, local A-12 en attendant la construction d’un nouvel hôtel de ville.
Nous sommes conscients que le déménagement se fera durant la période du 3e versement de taxes
foncières. Nous accepterons les 3e versements de taxes (normalement dû le 1er octobre) jusqu’au 10
octobre, sans intérêt. Nous sommes désolés des inconvénients que ceci pourrait vous occasionner.

The Town Hall is relocating
After receiving the engineer’s plans for installing beams to secure the Town Hall building, it was agreed
that working in such an environment would be impossible particularly because all the archives and files,
essential for daily tasks, would have to be removed from the building. The council decided to relocate
the Town Hall for the safety of its employees and citizens.
Consequently our offices will be closed for three days during the move; September 26th, 29th & 30th
inclusively.
The Town Hall will be temporarily located in the Galeries d’Ormstown, 4 Bridge St., office A-12 while a
new town hall is under construction.
We are aware that the move is taking place at the same time the 3rd installment of property taxes is due.
Therefore, we will accept the 3rd installment payment (originally due on October 1st) until October 10th,
without interest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
