Dear members of FMJD,
With this letter you receive the final agenda of the meeting and the
final proposal for the statutes with one amendment proposal for the
statutes.
Some textual changes were made in the proposal for the new
statutes and in the proposal for the internal regulations. These
changes are explained in the document “GA 2015 Textual changes
and corrected errors in statutes and internal regulations proposal”.
Some proposals have been added to the agenda of the General
Assembly.
Proposals for amendments of the statutes cannot be sent anymore
because all proposals for changing statutes must be sent to the
members ultimately 2 weeks before the meeting.
Proposals for the General Assembly may be sent at any moment.
If you still want to send proposals for the General Assembly please
do it fast. Otherwise the member federations cannot prepare the
meeting in a good way.
If I missed an e-mail from anyone asking to include any document
or proposal in the agenda of the General Assembly, please let me
know. I will distribute it as soon as possible.
Federations that want to come to the General Assembly but did not
yet inform FMJD or the Turkish Organisation should do so
quickly. The Turkish organisation is organising a pick up at the
airport for all delegates, but they cannot do it when they did not
receive your flight data. So please inform the FMJD General

Fédérations qui veulent venir à l'Assemblée générale, mais n'a pas encore informent FMJD ou de
