Fondée en 1985, l’AIDV a pour but de créer

du droit du vin.
Founded in 1985, AIDV’s objects are to provide an international forum
for the studying and
debating of wine law issues.
Elle comprend actuellement plus de 300 membres originaires d’une
trentaine de pays.
Currently it has more than 300 members from more
than thirty countries.
Au fil du temps, l’AIDV n’a pas cessé de s’intéresser à la communauté
viticole et au commerce du vin, à travers le monde. Elle étudie le droit
international de la vigne et du vin sous tous ses aspects. Elle coopère avec
d’autres organisations internationales et, en particulier, elle a le statut
officiel d’observateur auprès de l’OIV et l’OMPI, disposant ainsi de
connaissances privilégiées.
Over the years, the IWLA has shown a continuous interest in the wine
growing community and the wine trade, worldwide. It studies
international vine and wine law in all its aspects. It cooperates with other
international associations and, in particular, it has official observer status
with the OIV and the WIPO, which provides a privileged access to up-todate knowledge.
