400ml de pulpe de tomates
200ml de crème de noix de coco
1 càs d'huile d'olive
1 petit oignon
Sel et poivre
2 càc de curry
PREPARATION
- Couper les blancs de poulet en gros dés. Emincer l'oignon.
- Dans une poêle, faire revenir les dés de poulet et l'oignon avec une cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive. Faire cuire la viande
jusqu'à coloration.

- Ajouter la crème de noix de coco, saler, poivrer et ajouter le curry.
