The oil is harvested early in October to capture the best of the olive's flavour. The oil is sweet and fruity. Their olive oil has won many awards at the general agriculture competition of Paris (2006,2008, 2009 and 2010).When we tasted this oil, we were impressed by its complex flavours and had to have it in the store! Emmanuelle Baillard transforms fruit from the Burgandy region of France into amazing products. They carefully choose the producers they work with and their main concern is to enhance the true nature of the fruit. Savour has 3 "fruit" vinegars (mango, tomato and honey) that are to die for! They contain 45% fruit pulp and will take your vinaigrettes and sauces to a whole new level. Slims are an innovative dessert cracker created by Trumps Foods from Vancouver. At Savour, we have 3 flavours: Banana, Cocoa, and Omega. They are all natural and contain no MSG or Trans Fats. Spread garlic and oregano evenly across the pan. Place in the oven and heat to 450 degrees (will take 20 - 30 mins depending on your oven). Place shrimp on hot oil and herbs. Return to oven and roast until pink, tossing 2 or 3 times for several minutes. Remove from heat and toss with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Tomato Salad with Tomato Vinegar 2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced 3 large tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped 2/3 c coarsely chopped onion 1/3 c Emmauelle Baillard Tomato Vinegar* 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil* 1 Tbsp honey 1/2 c fresh mint leaves In a large bowl, toss the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. Whisk the vinegar, oil and honey together. Pour over the vegetables and add the mint.
