Her practice concentrates on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing of commercial
properties, including shopping centres, commercial office space and industrial
properties. She assists clients with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale
agreements for real estate and business assets, as well as preparing ancillary
documentation; and with drafting and reviewing leases and licence agreements.

matters, including assisting a privately held seniors housing company
with a large restructuring involving multiple facilities across British
