Ying provides services to major Canadian companies doing business in China, as well
as assists Chinese companies to develop their business in Canada. During her work in
Canada, Ying has also been involved in China-Canada negotiations on a memorandum
of intellectual property law. Ying is fluent in English and Chinese.
Ying is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the firm's business on a
national and international level. Industry expertise includes working with private and
publically-traded companies and Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Forestry and Renewable
Energy (cleantech) sectors.
Ying is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the firm's Asia client
relationships. Areas of expertise include working with the Chinese government, local
knowledge-based industries sector in both the mature and the start-up community. Ying
also works with the Diplomatic community to assist in-bound Foreign Direct Investment
and trade opportunities.
