Mr. Guérin has been consulting for Gastem since early 2007 providing assistance in the planning
and execution of the exploration programme, landholdings development, partnership agreements
and contract management. Mr. Guérin has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector
and he held several senior management positions. He was Vice-president / Director HydroQuébec Oil & Gas from 2002 to 2006 and Chairman of the Québec Energy Board from 1997 to
2002. He was also Executive Director of the SOLIGAZ Consortium and Vice-president
development of SOQUIP from 1981 to 1993. He has also served on the boards of Gaz
Metropolitain and Gaz Inter-Cité Québec.
Mr. Guérin holds a Master\'s degree in economics from the University of Ottawa (1973 ).

En somme, peu de choses sur ce bonhomme plutôt discret (que j’ai rencontré 2 fois aux Îles avec
Raymond Savoie). Dans plusieurs articles de presse et dans les commentaires des lecteurs, la
même chose revient toujours : « Jean A. Guérin Directeur, exploration, pétrole et gaz- HydroQuébec », mais sans plus.
