Welcome at Restaurant le Bercail,
Be tempted by this menu that changes every two months according to the seasons
and the best that nature and our region have to offer!
The Bercail offers homemade cooking where fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients
are always preferred. From the fries to the fish stock, from the “tapenade” to the sauces and
condiments (rouille, aïoli, chutney, etc.), from the vegetables to the desserts, all you taste has
been cooked with patience and passion by Chef Olivier CHAUSSY and his team. The
semi-finished or finished products that we use (ex. bull sausage, smoked salmon, matured
cheeses,
preserved onions, meats...) were carefully selected and come from the best sources of
supply.
Finally, we use what nature best has to offer in terms of condiments, spices and herbs to
enhance the
natural taste of food.
On the terrace, Matthieu GRAU and his team provide a service as expected at Le Bercail:
efficient...and friendly!
