1. On the 16th day of April 2015, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.(
“PwC” or the “Receiver”)became the
receiver in respect of the property of Les Entreprises Yves Pontbriand Inc.(
“Les Entreprises”)
, an
insolvent person, that is described below:
The buildinglocated at 824rue Principale in StDominique,as well as all movable propertyof any
nature and kind,wherever located.
2. PwC became receiver of the property described above by virtue of being appointed by the Superior
Court of Quebec pursuant to motions by Business Development Bankof Canada (
«BDC »)and Centre
