Dear Sir/Madam,
SUBJECT: FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING ACCOMMODATION KISH ISLAND, IRAN
Further to IOTC Circulars 2015–104 and 2015–106, regarding the 3rd Session of the Technical Committee on
Allocation Criteria (TCAC03) to be held on Kish Island (I.R. Iran) from 21–23 February 2016, please be informed that
Hotel Shayan is not accepting pre-bookings without prior payment.
As an alternative, our hosts have asked us to communicate to you that the Iran hotel Kish is willing to accept
bookings without pre-payment, and is therefore their recommended accommodation (http://www.hotelirankish.com).
Participants are requested to make their own hotel bookings as early as possible, noting that the meeting is only 46
days away. Note that this does not apply to those who are receiving MPF funding, as the IOTC Secretariat is booking
and paying directly for those rooms.

En complément aux Circulaires CTOI 2015-104 et 2015-106 concernant la 3e session du Comité technique sur les
critères d’allocation (CTCA03) qui se tiendra sur l’île de Kish (Iran) du 21 au 23 février 2016, nous vous informons
que l’Hôtel Sayan n’accepte pas les réservations sans paiement anticipé.
Nos hôtes nous ont demandé de vous indiquer, comme alternative, que l’Iran Hotel Kish
(http://www.hotelirankish.com) accepte les réservation sans paiement anticipé et que c’est donc l’hôtel qu’ils
recommandent.
Il est demandé aux participants de réserver eux-mêmes leur hébergement dès que possible, sachant que la réunion
commence dans 46 jours. Veuillez noter que cela ne concerne pas les bénéficiaires du Fonds de participation aux
réunions, dans la mesure où le Secrétariat de la CTOI réserve et paye directement leur hébergement.
