Hi, let’s do this work together with a gentle stretch. Close your eyes, sit comfortably, straighten your
spine, use your right hand, grab your head forward, stretch (the) back of your neck and breathe into your
neck. Keep breathing.
Now move your hands, push your chin up, go as far as you can go and hold it. But you keep breathing.
Now bring your head to your right, stretch (the) left side of your neck, breathe into it.
Now change your hands, bring your head to your left. Keep breathing into the right side of your neck.
Let go.
Bring both shoulders up and down. Bring them up, hold, and down – you just let go. Now rotate your
head and the other way around.
That’s a good exercise you can do anywhere.
