CALL for HELP ! (FR/EN/DE)
Chers parents,
Donnez-nous de nombreux coups de mains!
Cette année nous serons de nouveau présents avec les traditionnels stands nationaux (12h à 18h)!
Pour ce faire, nous avons besoin de votre aide, notamment pour :
- Coordonner un stand national (le coordinateur est la personne qui doit motiver et rassembler
d’autres bénévoles pour le stand, ainsi que organiser le stand avec ces autres bénévoles)
- Aider à monter et / ou décorer, puis démonter les stands
- Cuisiner / cuire / faire des gâteaux, offrir de la nourriture / des boissons pour les stands – des
spécialités nationales / régionales seront tout particulièrement appréciées
- Réaliser des produits artisanaux typiques à vendre sur le stand
- Aider à tenir le stand pour quelques heures
Si vous préférez aider à l’organisation de cette journée d’une autre manière : pour la tombola, le
château gonflable, le bar, ou les stands de vente de livres d’occasion, votre aide est également la
bienvenue.

Here’s to welcoming all your helping hands and hearts yet again!
This year our traditional NATIONAL STANDS will be making a comeback (12:00-18:00pm)!
We need your active participation for the following :
- Coordination of a national stand by motivating and gathering together a group of stand
volunteers
-
Help with to setting up/ decorate and take down the stand
Baking/ cooking/ donating food/drink for the stand – national/regional specialties are very
much appreciated!
Making traditional national crafts for sale on the stand
Helping to sell things at the stand for a couple of hours

If you prefer to coordinate or help out with other activities such as the Tombola, the Bouncy Castle, the
Bar, the 2nd Hand Book Stand, please let us know asap.
