Mission:
As a Business Developer in our growing unit in Berlin, your primary responsibility is to help the Business grow i.e. to plan and carry out direct
marketing and sales activities, as to create, assist in developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships with the Company’s major
customers and partners, in accordance with agreed business plans:
- Manage and analyse customers’ business needs
- Deal with the implementation of contract management
- Generate leads for possible sales
- Formulation of strategy and business planning as well as launch and implementation of these
- Client analysis and development
Profile:
You should have a minimum of a Masters degree in Business Informatics or other relevant disciplines and possess some professional experience in
the same line of activities.
You will need:
- Good business sense and understanding on company’s market and competitor’s product(s) and service(s)
- Motivated, result oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator Handle stress and deadlines
- Experience as a staff supervisory position and/or in HR management and recruitment is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication ability in German and good working level of French is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages is an
asset.
