There are different areas within the impressive architecture of the Carrières, all of them extraordinary,
offering venues for memorable receptions.
The following are available for receptions:
Special conditions
• The Dante Room with projected light show
• The Picasso Walk
• The Cocteau Area
• The Van Gogh Area
The service includes the hire of the Carrières for your
reception. In addition, you will need to hire the caterer
and personnel.
The caterer and service providers must be chosen from
the list of approved companies.
Times:
From 7.30 pm onwards for 7 hours at the venue.
These timeframes include dismantling.
As an option: An audiovisual show projected in the
Carrières tailored to your Company (a film, photos
showing company activity) or the participants in your
event (their photos projected onto the walls).
We remain at your disposal to help you prepare your event.

Invite your guests to a private tour of the Carrières de Lumières multimedia show, while enjoying
a glass of champagne. From 20 people upwards.
The following is provided:
Special conditions
The Dante Room with projection of the show
The service includes the hire of the Dante Room for
a private projection of the show, with a glass of
champagne per guest.
Times:
• From October to January: 6.30 pm – 8 pm
• From April to September: 7.30 pm – 9 pm
As an option: An audiovisual show projected in the
Carrières specifically tailored to your Company (a film
or photos showing the Company’s activity) or the
participants in your event (their photos projected
onto the walls).
We remain at your disposal to help you prepare your event.
