THE COLLÈGE DE L’IMMOBILIER DU QUÉBEC
(NUNS’ ISLAND, June 15, 2015) – The 12th edition of the Evening of Excellence Awards was
held on June 3rd at the Rialto Theater in Montréal. The Fondation of the Collège de l’immobilier
du Québec awarded a total of $13,000 to 13 full-time students who obtained the best
cumulative averages within their respective programs in 2014.
The Fondation of the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec also took advantage of one of the
grant recipient’s presence, Ms Mélanie Turgeon, motivation speaker, international athlete and
residential real estate broker, to present her conference “From Preparation to Action!”.
She shared with the audience ups and downs of her success story and offered practical step
by step advice to reach its goals from conception to completion.
The Fondation of the Collège de l’immobilier’s Evening of Excellence is the most important

The brokers honoured at this event come from or work in the Montréal, Laval, Laurentians,

Collège de l’immobilier du Québec in 2014, either in classroom or in virtual classrooms, in
English or in French.
Since the launch of the Foundation in 2003, more than $235,000 has been distributed in
