M.Shanks a travaillé avec nous durant tout le processus de facon très professionnelle. Soucieux du
détail et de l'intéret de ses clients, nous sommes très satisfaits de l'avoir eu avec nous. Nous
n'hésiterions pas à recommander M.Shanks à nos amis, connaissances et ceux qui cherchent un
agent d'immeuble très compétant! merci
Nous sommes extrêmement satisfait du service offert par Normand. La passion qu'il a pour son
métier transpire dans chaque communication. Il est très engagé et on s'est sentis accompagnés
tout au long du processus de vente et achat ( il représentait notre vendeur et était aussi l'agent pour
la vente d'une de nos 2 maisons). Nous recommanderions avec assurance Normand à nos parents
et amis.
M.Shanks nous a bien guidé du début à la fin de la transaction et cela d'une manière très
professionnelle. Nous sommes satisfait de son support technique et de ses habiletés à

Le Courtier a fait un travail exceptionnel et a fourni des services superieurs a ce qu'un courtier doit
normalement offrir. Nous avions une situation particuliere et son aide et ses conseils nous ont
