Einbauarten aufgrund örtlicher Gegebenheiten sind von planender Seite festzulegen nach dem Grundsatz: soviel Verdichtung wie nötig, soviel Durchlässigkeit wie möglich. Die in Fachkreisen allgemein bekannten Vor schriften und Richtlinien, z. B. DWA-A 138, RSTO 01, DIN 18035 Teil 4, DIN 18318, DIN 18917, sind beim Unterbau zu berücksichtigen. RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD sind bestens geeignet für gelegentliche Benutzung von Parkflächen mit niedriger Nutzungsfrequenz für Pkw-Verkehr, z. B. im Privatbereich und gleichzeitiger Begrünung. Für regelmäßig befahrene Zufahrtswege oder Splittfüllungen sind die Gitter ungeeignet. In Notfallsituationen ist eine ausreichende Sicherheit im Sinne der DIN 14090 „Flächen für die Feuerwehr auf Grundstücken“ gegeben. Gefälle über 5 % ist nicht zulässig. Die Verdichtung und Dicke der ungebundenen Tragschicht richtet sich nach der späteren Belas tung, z. B. 30 cm bei Pkw-Belastung. 3. Vor dem Verlegen sollte ein mit Splitt abgemischtes Sandbett bzw. abgestuftes Lava-Gemisch auf die Tragschicht aufgezogen werden, das nach dem Verdichten ca. 3 cm Dicke hat. Bei Bedarf ist Langzeitdünger / Mutterboden zuzumischen. 4. RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD werden einfach zu sammengesteckt, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt. Dabei bildet jedes Gitter einen Verbund zum nächsten Gitter, durch vorgegeb ene Einrastlaschen mit maximalem Fugenabstand. Es entsteht automatisch eine fixierte, maximale umlaufende Raum fuge. Rundungen und Aussparungen können mit handelsüblichen Schneid- und Ablängungsgeräten erstellt werden. Die RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD Markierungsstopfen können als optische Abgrenzung in die Rasengitter eingedrückt werden. 5. Das vernetzte Sechskant-System mit Ankerdornen an der Unterseite bewirkt ein gutes, flächenverteiltes Verrasten in der Bettung. Der gesamte, verlegte Bereich ist mit einer Umrandung einzufassen oder niveaugleich mit RECYFIX Verankerungsstiften zu fixieren. 6. Das Ausfüllen der Gitter mit Wachstums-Subs trat mit Langzeitdünger und das Einbringen des Rasensamens ist in zwei Arbeitsgängen vor und nach dem Abrütteln vorzunehmen. Damit sich das Substrat setzen kann, ist die Fläche vor dem Abrütteln zu wässern. Nach der Einsaat in ca. 7 mm Tiefe soll das wiederaufgefüllte Substrat bündig und dauerhaft mit der Rasengitter-Oberkante abschließen. 7. In der Keimphase ist die Oberfläche bis zum ersten Schnitt regelmäßig zu wässern. Um ein gleichmäßiges Wachstum zu erzielen, ist die Oberfläche in der Keimphase nicht zu befahren. 8. Die frisch eingesäte Rasenfläche ist bis zum 4. Schnitt ruhen zu lassen und zu pflegen, z. B. mähen, auffüllen, wässern und düngen, um die begrünte Rasenfläche auch während der Nutzung sicherzustellen. Diese regelmäßigen Maßnahmen erhalten dauerhaft das Erscheinungsbild einer Rasenfläche. Bei Nutzung der Gitter als Trennschicht bei Reitplätzen, Paddocks und Führanlagen fragen Sie bitte im Werk nach speziellen Einbauanleitungen. The RECYFIX GREEN Edge marker inserts can be fitted into the honeycombs as visual boundaries. 5.The linked hexagonal system with anchor pins on the underside ensures well spread anchoring in the bedding layer. The complete area should be bordered with suitable edging or fixed with RECYFIX Anchoring pegs. 6.The filling of the RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD with Substratum and the seeding should be done in two operations: before and after the riddling. The area should be watered before the riddling so that the substratum can settle well. After the seeding in a depth of approx. 7 mm the filled up substratum has to be permanently leveled with the top of the RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD. 7.During germination the grass seed has to be watered regularly. In order to achieve a regular growth do not drive over the newly sown grass during germination. 8.We recommend that the freshly sown turf is left to rest up to the fourth mowing and is regularly maintained horticultural with e.g. mowing, filling up, watering and fertilizing if necessary. If regularly repeated, these measures will durably maintain the appearance of the turf. If the turf honeycomb should be used as a separating layer at horse tracks or paddocks please ask for special installation advices. 4.Encastrer les dalles gazon RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD les unes dans les autres (cf. illustration). Un grand joint de dilatation périphérique se crée automatiquement par la jonction des dalles entre elles. Des arrondis et des évidements peuvent être réalisés avec des outils de coupe ou de tronçonnage usuels. Les plots de marquage RECYFIX GREEN peuvent être enfoncés dans les dalles gazon pour assurer une délimitation optique. 5.La structure en nids d‘abeilles de la surface inférieure assure avec les picots d‘ancrage une immobilisation parfaite dans le lit de pose. L‘ensemble de la zone doit être entouré d‘une bordure ou fixé avec des chevilles d‘ancrage RECYFIX. 6.Le remplissage des dalles gazon avec du substrat, de l’engrais longue durée et le semis du gazon doivent être effectués en deux étapes, avant et après le passage d‘une plaque vibrante. Pour que le substrat puisse bien se tasser, la surface doit être arrosée avant de passer la plaque vibrante. Après l‘ensemencement à une profondeur de 7 mm, le matériau de remplissage doit arriver et rester à fleur avec l‘arête supérieure des dalles gazon. Après vibrations, la résistance des dalles gazon doit correspondre à celle d‘un dallage. 7.Dans la phase de germination, la surface doit être régulièrement arrosée jusqu‘à la première tonte et toute circulation sur cette zone doit être évitée. 8.Nous recommandons de laisser reposer la surface ensemencée jusqu‘à la quatrième tonte, et d’effectuer un entretien horticole régulier, également durant l’utilisation de la zone, comme pour toute pelouse. Pour toute mise en oeuvre dans des centres équestres nous consulter pour des notices de pose spécifiques. Diese Einbauanleitung/-beispiele werden laufend dem technischen Stand angepasst. RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD are optimally suitable for incidental using of parking areas with low utilization for car traffic, e. g. in private areas with simultaneous planting vegetation. For regular access roads or filling with chips the RECYFIX GREEN STANDARD are not suited. In case of emergencies sufficient security according to DIN 14090 „Areas for fire engines on plots of land“ is given. Slopes of over 5 % are not recommended.
