et de coûts qui seraient causés à Germania et/ou d‘autres compagnies aériennes, leur personnel ou leurs agents d‘exécution
en raison ou dans le cadre du voyage de l‘adolescent.
Je confirme que l‘adolescent est en possession de tous les
documents nécessaires à son voyage.

dependant on the assistance of Germania.
In any case, I shall be liable for any damages sustained and costs
incurred to Germania and / or other carriers, their personnel and
agents by reason of or in connection with the young passenger’s
journey.
I certify, that the young passenger is in possession of all travel
documents required for the journey.
I certify that the other parent or guardian (if existent) also agree
to the unaccompanied carriage of the minor named above.
