Gli appartamenti di Residenza
Chaberton sono certificati
in classe energetica A. Questo permette di avere: consumi
inferiori a 30 kWh/m2, risparmi di
circa il 50% rispetto a un appartamento nuovo in classe B, costi
del 70% inferiori rispetto a una
tradizionale casa in montagna.
Il progetto Residenza Chaberton parte da un approccio
energetico decisamente all’avanguardia: riscaldamento a
pavimento, impianto termico
centralizzato a gestione autonoma e impianto a pompa di
calore geotermica che produce anche acqua calda sanitaria.
Nella progettazione e nella
scelta delle finiture è stata posta grande attenzione ai serramenti: sia per la sicurezza,
sia per l’ambiente. Per questo
Residenza Chaberton monta
serramenti esterni con tripli
vetri-camera e portoncini
blindati con isolante termico.

Chaberton are certified energy Class A. This ensures consumption of less than
30 kWh/m2, with savings of
around 50% compared to
new Class B apartments,
and costs 70% lower than a
traditional mountain house.
The Residenza Chaberton
project starts from a cuttingedge energy approach:
under-floor heating with
autonomous centralised
heating system, and geothermal heat pump system
which also produces domestic
hot water.
In the design and the selection
of finishing details great care
was taken with the door and
window frames, as regards
both security and environmental impact. As a result Residenza Chaberton is fitted with
triple glazed external closures
and security doors with thermal insulation.

Nel rispetto delle tradizioni costruttive della valle in cui sorge
il progetto, i rivestimenti esterni
sono in pietra naturale locale e
legno. Il capitolato propone inoltre finiture di prima qualità, tra cui
le porte interne in legno massello
e una vasta scelta di parquet di
pregio per la pavimentazione.
La gestione dell’impianto di
riscaldamento è stata pensata
e realizzata per ottimizzare la
gestione degli appartamenti:
un cronotermostato con funzionalità domotiche permette la
gestione remota dell’impianto
di climatizzazione tramite
l’utilizzo di una scheda GSM.
Un’autorimessa interrata su due
livelli ospita i box auto di Residenza Chaberton che misurano
5,5 per 3 metri e sono
disponibili anche multipli.
Ogni box è dotato di porte basculanti automatizzate. Ogni appartamento ha a disposizione un
deposito sci (ski box) a serratura.

The materials match the traditional building techniques of the valley in which the project is based,
with external facing in local natural stone and wood. The building
specifications include top quality
materials, including solid wood
internal doors and a vast choice
of high quality parquet flooring.
The heating system is designed
and constructed for optimum
control of the apartments:
a programmable thermostat
with home automation
functions enables remote management of the climate control system using a GSM card.
A two-level underground parking
complex provides garages for
the Residenza Chaberton,
sized 5.5 by 3 metres and multiple facilities are also available.
Each garage has automatic
overhead doors and every
apartment has its own locking
ski storeroom.

Pour respecter les techniques de
construction traditionnelles de la
vallée où a été bâti le projet,
les revêtements extérieurs sont
en pierre naturelle locale et en
bois. Le devis descriptif prévoit
en outre des finitions de première
qualité dont les portes internes
en bois massif et un vaste choix
de parquets de qualité supérieure pour le plancher.
La gestion de l’installation du
chauffage a été conçue et réalisée pour optimiser la gestion
des appartements: un chronothermostat avec des fonctions
domotiques permet la gestion à
distance de l’installation de la
climatisation moyennant l’utilisation d’une carte GSM.
Deux niveaux de parking souterrains abritent les garages de
