zur Einführung von Xetra Release 10.1 auf Xetra Frankfurt am 19. Oktober 2009 stellen wir Ihnen
die folgenden Dokumente zur Verfügung:

Das „Values API Modification Announcement” liefert einen Überblick über Änderungen der Application Requests mit Xetra Release 10.1.
Die „Functional Description“ dient dazu, den mit der Release-Einführung betrauten Personen einen
Überblick über die funktionale Struktur und die bereitstehende Funktionalitäten von Xetra Release
10.1 zu geben.
Die „Technical Description“ bietet einen Überblick über den technischen Aufbau, die Hard- und
Softwarekomponenten sowie Netzwerkinformationen von Xetra Release 10.1.
Die Dokumente „Enhanced Broadcast Solution – Modification Announcement“ und „Enhanced
Transaction Solution – Modification Announcement“ liefern einen Überblick über Änderungen, die
mit Xetra Release 10.1 an diesen Schnittstellen vorgenommen werden.
Ihnen stehen ab sofort die oben genannten Dokumente auf der EEX-Website unter folgendem

Weiterhin stellen wir Ihnen den „Member Guide“ für die permanente Simulationsumgebung für
Xetra Release 10.0 bereit. Bitte beachten Sie, dass analog zum Vorgehen während der Xetra 10.0
Release-Simulation – CBF nur an folgenden Tagen den Handel von non-CCP Wertpapieren in
Fremdwährung verarbeitet und weiterleitet: 25. Juni 2009, 2.Juli 2009 und 13. August 2009 (siehe
Member Guide, Seite 11).
Zudem möchten wir Sie darauf hinweisen, dass die Simulation für Xetra Release 10.1 auf Xetra
Frankfurt für den Zeitraum vom 7. September 2009 bis 16. Oktober 2009 geplant ist. Bei Xetra Release 10.1 handelt es sich um ein optionales Release, die Teilnahme ab der Simulation wird dennoch nachdrücklich empfohlen.
Der Member Guide wurde ebenfalls auf der Website der EEX veröffentlicht.

In conjunction with the introduction of Xetra Release 10.1 on October 19, 2009 on Xetra Frankfurt
we have published the following documents:

The “Values API Modification Announcement” contains an overview of the changes to the application requests with Xetra Release 10.1.
The “Functional Description” addresses staff members responsible for release implementation. Its
purpose is to give a general overview of the functional structure and features that will be available
with Xetra Release 10.1.
The “Technical Description” provides a summary of the technical structure, hardware and software
components including network information of Xetra Release 10.1.
The documents “Enhanced Broadcast Solution – Modification Announcement” and “Enhanced
Transaction Solution – Modification Announcement” contain an overview of changes for these interfaces which will be made with Xetra Release 10.1.
The above-mentioned documents will be available with immediate effect on the EEX website under
the following path:

In addition, we have published the “Member Guide” for the Xetra Release 10.0 permanent simulation environment. Please note that CBF – similar to the procedure during the Xetra Release 10.0
simulation – will only process and transmit trades in foreign currency securities which are not supported by CCP on the following days: June 25, 2009; July 2, 2009 and August 13, 2009 (see
Member Guide, page 11).
Furthermore we would like to inform you that the simulation for Xetra Release 10.1 for Xetra Frankfurt is scheduled to take place between September 7, 2009 and October 1, 2009. Xetra Release
10.1 is an optional Release, but participation for simulation is highly recommended.
The Member Guide has also been published on the website of the EEX.
