FARECANTINE - entreprise fondée en 2014 par un groupe de professionnels
qui partagent l’amour pour le vin et qui travaillent dans le même secteur,
c’est à dire le secteur de l’aménagement architectural et du bâtiment - est un
repère sur le marché pour la réalisation de caves vitivinicoles et de structures
d’hébergement associées, et plus en général, pour la consultation dans le
domaine du design durable. Le monde vitivinicole est un système complexe
qui nécessite, aujourd’hui plus que dans le passé, d’un réseau intégré de
professionnels capable de soutenir les producteurs tout au long de leur
chemin: de l’idée de la cave: la recherche du lieu plus approprié pour la
construction, l’évaluation des caractéristiques de l’environnement comme le
sol, l’exposition à la lumière naturelle et l’aération, jusqu’à la conception et à
la réalisation finale.
À ce stade du projet FARECANTINE fourni un savoir-faire très spécialisé
dans la consultation pour l’octroi de certifications de qualité (ISO 9001), dans
la gestion opérationnelle de la cave, dans la gestion environnementale du
sol et la recherche d’un Responsable du Service de Prévention et Protection
jusqu’à la formation du personnel. FARECANTINE prend en charge
globalement l’entreprise vitivinicole et pas seulement certains aspects de la
conception et de la consultation; par conséquent elle travaille d’une façon
respectueuse de la viabilité environnementale et de la durabilité du projet. Il
s’agit d’une approche plus que jamais nécessaire dans un secteur qui doit son
produit finale è la Nature.
FARECANTINE was set up in 2014 by a group of professionals who have
in common a passion for the wine sector and who work in the same field:
architecture design and building. FARECANTINE is a reference point on the
market for the building of wineries and related accommodation facilities and
on a larger scale for sustainable design consultancy.
The wine growing and wine producing sector is a complex system requiring
today more than ever an integrated network of professionals who can support
producers along their way from the very first idea of a winery to find the most
suitable site for the building, to assess the environmental characteristics such
as ground, exposure to natural light and airing, to the design stage and final
building.
In this stage FARECANTINE provides its expertise as it is specialised
in consultancy for the award of quality certifications (ISO 9001), in the
operational management of a winery, environmental management of the
land, in finding the right person to be in charge of the Prevention and
Protection Service (RSPP) and it can also deal with staff training.
As FARECANTINE takes care of the whole wine growing and wine
producing business and not only of single design aspects or consultancies,
it fully complies with environmental and design sustainability. This kind
of approach is unavoidable in a sector where the final product comes from
Nature itself.

analyses de faisabilité technique, de la gestion des
ressources opérationnelles tout au long de la réalisation
du projet: direction des travaux, contrôle de fabrication
et gestion des coûts. / He is a surveyor dealing with
operational aspects, technical feasibility studies, resource
management in the various building stages: he is site
engineer, carries out tests and manages costs.

Installations et énergie /
Installation and energy expert
Ingénieur et expert d’installations civiles et industrielles,
climatisation, valorisation énergétique et systèmes de
protection contre l’incendie. Il travaille comme concepteur
et directeur des travaux dans ces secteurs. / He is an
engineer working in the sector of home and plant
engineering, air-conditioning, energy saving and reuse and
fire protection. He works as designer and site engineer in
these sectors.

par l’architecte Mariadonata Bancher de l’Agenzia per l’Energia Alto Adige
– Casa. Ce document résume les avantages de l’architecture durable dans une
période de transformation des politiques en matière d’énergie.
