sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen für Pendler nach Frankfurt,
Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden und Offenbach.
Das Apartmenthaus liegt zentral im Ortskern von Raunheim,
umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés. Ein Bäcker
befindet sich direkt an der Ecke zur Schulstraße und versorgt
Sie gerne werktags schon ab 6 Uhr mit frischen Leckereien.
Mit den S-Bahnlinien 8 und 9 des RMV besteht eine schnelle
Verbindung in die angrenzenden Städte. Alle 15 bis 30 Minuten verbindet die S-Bahn Raunheim mit allen Gewerbegebieten innerhalb des Stadtgebietes, mit dem Flughafen
(Terminal 1) sowie Bischofsheim, Rüsselsheim, Raunheim
und Kelsterbach. Der Frankfurter Flughafen (Terminal 1) ist
in einer Fahrzeit von nur acht Minuten zu erreichen. Eine
Haltestelle der Express- Buslinie 72 befindet sich direkt vor
dem Apartmenthaus.

Centrally located in the Rhein-Main-Region, Raunheim offers excellent transport connections for commuters to Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden and Offenbach.
The apartmenthouse is located in the center of Raunheim,
surrounded by a broad variety of restaurants and cafés. A
bakery is located at the corner to Schulstraße, offering you
fresh treats, starting at 6 am workdays.
The S-Bahn lines 8 and 9 of the RMV (=main service provider for public transportation) offer a fast connection to the
nearest citys. Every 15 to 30 minutes the S-Bahn connects
Raunheim with Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 1), all industrial
areas, as well as Bischofsheim, Rüsselsheim and Kelsterbach.
You can get to the Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 1) within
eight minutes via S-Bahn or with the Express-Bus 72. The bus
stop is in front of the apartmenthouse.

Unser Apartmenthaus möchte Ihnen das Wohnen auf Zeit
so angenehm wie möglich machen. Das Apartmenthaus ist
eine Mischung aus einem klassischen Hotel und regulärem
Wohnen, nur flexibler, kostengünstiger und wesentlich unkomplizierter. Hier soll Ihr gemütliches Zuhause sein. Dieses
außergewöhnliche Gebäudeensemble, bestehend aus dem
ehemaligen Schulgebäude und Rathaus, wurde innen und
außen revitalisiert und entspricht somit modernsten Anforderungen. Der angrenzende Neubau wurde geschmackvoll
integriert.
Das Apartmenthaus bietet Ihnen 54 geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartments mit einer Größe von 18 m² bis 42 m².
Bei uns müssen Sie nicht auf den Komfort verzichten, den Sie
gewohnt sind. Sie haben Platz, eine eigene Küche, separate Wohn- und Schlafräume und weitere Annehmlichkeiten,
die Sie vergessen lassen, dass dieses Apartment Ihnen nur
für einen Lebensabsschnitt zur Verfügung steht. Um Ihre
Wohnwünsche variabel zu erfüllen, können wir aus mehreren Apartments Suiten bilden, je nach Ihrem Bedarf auf bis
zu 147m² mit vier Zimmern und drei Bädern. Alle Apartments
sind modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,
teilweise sogar klimatisiert.
Unsere Apartments halten viele Annehmlichkeiten für das

Our apartmenthouse wants to make your temporary stay as
pleasant as possible. The apartmenthouse is a mixture of a
hotel and the regular living, but more flexible, cheaper and
totally uncomplicated. This beautiful ensemble of buildings,
made out of a former school and city hall, has been completely renovated in order to match high standards.

We have 54 apartments, covering a size of 18 to 42 square
meters, and if desired, a separated bedromm as well and
partly air-conditioned. For your comfort, we are able to put
certain apartments together, to create a suit. The suites cover
a size of up to 147 square meters, in four rooms and three
bathrooms. Every single apartment is estheticly and functionally furnished. As a result of that, they have lots of conveniences for the daily life: Every single flat has a bathroom with
shower, king-/queen size bed, closet, living room with either
a comfy couch or a clubchair, as well as a new fully equipped
kitchen and partly with a desk. Television and free internet
make your stay perfect, and will make you forget that your
stay is only temporary.
Flexibilität besitzt in unserer Philosophie einen hohen Stellenwert. Dementsprechend können auch die Apartments
flexibel nach Ihren Wünschen wöchentlich, monatlich oder
für einen längeren Zeitraum angemietet werden. Ideal für
Personen, die Bedarf an temporärem Wohnen haben oder
Flexibilität zu schätzen wissen. Die Gründe, wieso der Bedarf
