My current research revolves around the construct of child giftedness. It is firmly interdisciplinary, leaning on the philosophy and sociology of education and of childhood. My work in French is published by Sarbacane, Talents Hauts, and Alice Jeunesse. My work in English is published by Hodder Children’s Books and Bloomsbury. I am currently writing a Complete Writing For Children Course, to be published by Hachette in 2014. I visit schools regularly to meet young readers and talk about my work; I also take part in numerous literary festivals. I have been blogging regularly about children’s literature research and creative writing since 2010 in French and since 2011 in English.
