Temps libre : 1 jour complet par semaine (en général le dimanche) et 2 demi-journées ou bien 1 autre jour. 1 semaine de congés payés après 6 mois de travail. SEJOURS D’ETE Les séjours d'été sont plus spécifiques pour les raisons suivantes : • Les familles demandent souvent une "au pair plus", les enfants n'allant plus à l'école la personne doit être plus présente • Les familles partent en vacances à la mer, à la montagne ou à la campagne, il est donc difficile d'être en ville. Pour les mêmes raisons il n'est pas possible de suivre des cours. Le planning de l'au pair sera organisé par la maîtresse de maison selon ses heures de travail, les horaires d’école, etc. Il est important que le temps libre soit véritablement libre, et que l'au pair ait toute facilité pour rencontrer ses amis ou sortir. Toutefois, l'au pair doit savoir qu’il/elle n’est pas en vacances et qu’il/elle s’engage à aider sa famille d’accueil. Les rapports entre l’hôtesse et l'au pair devront impliquer l’acceptation du principe d’égalité sociale et ne seront pas de nature de ceux qui existent entre une maîtresse de maison et une domestique: Il s’ensuit que l'au pair respectera également les habitudes et le mode de vie de la famille ainsi que l’autorité de ses hôtes. I will make every effort to resolve any differences with my host family. If a solution is not found, I will give 14 days’ notice and may apply for a new placement. During notice, duties and pay continue as normal unless by mutual agreement. I will inform the local agency of notice given. 14. If I request to be placed in a new family, I understand that this is down to the discretion of my agency in UK and that I am not guaranteed a second placement. 15. I shall not hold the agency responsible for any losses, injury or damage 16. I understand that my au pair program can be terminated if I fail to abide by this agreement, if I breach contract with the family or if there is a case of misconduct.
