Carissima/o Carnettista,
Autori Diari di Viaggio organizza la seconda edizione del “Autori Diari di Viaggio Ferrara Festival”, evento volto
a divulgare il piacere di ricordare e raccontare il momento del viaggio attraverso il disegno e la fotografia,
strumenti ideali per conoscere la città, il territorio e gli uomini che la vivono.
L’evento sarà organizzato presso l’antico palazzo della Racchetta all’interno del centro storico della città di
Ferrara, che insieme al suo territorio offre gioielli come l’Addizione Erculea, quartieri medioevali perfettamente
conservati che offrono anche agli osservatori meno attenti molteplici spunti quali: Palazzo dei Diamanti, Piazza
Ariostea Piazza Municipale , il Volto del Cavallo, la Cattedrale, Piazza Trento Trieste , Via delle Volte, le mura,
ecc.
La manifestazione patrocinata dal Comune e dalla Provincia di Ferrara vede la partecipazione dell’Associazione
di Mogliano Veneto “Matite in Viaggio”, inoltre quest’anno si aggiungono Urban Center Ferrara e il Museo
Nazionale Archeologico di Ferrara, che ci offrono un’ ulteriore opportunità per far conoscere la vocazione
artistico culturale di Ferrara in un contesto che vede il visitatore come ospite privilegiato.
Esposizione:
A partire dal pomeriggio del 9 maggio fino al pomeriggio del 11 maggio sarà possibile visitare presso le sale del
Palazzo della Racchetta (www.palazzodellaracchetta.it), la mostra di carnet di viaggio e la mostra fotografica
dove espongono fotografi indipendenti e di associazioni ferraresi
Le mostre hanno l’intento di divulgare e coinvolgere il pubblico nell’arte del rappresentare il viaggio attraverso
disegni ed immagini.
La partecipazione alla mostra è solo su invito di ADV.
La manifestazione della durata di tre giorni sarà organizzata con le seguenti iniziative:
Venerdi 09 Maggio
Palazzo della Racchetta:
Ore 18.30 :
Inaugurazione della mostra “Diari di Viaggio” e “Fotografia di Viaggio” con la
partecipazione di ospiti del mondo artistico Ferrarese.
Aperitivo offerto da ADV
Ore 19.00 - 20.00:
Iscrizione alla Maratona del disegno dal vero e della fotografia (consegna badge,
carnet e mappa della città).
Sabato 10 Maggio
Ore 09.30 – 10.30 :
Iscrizione alla Maratona del disegno dal vero e della fotografia (consegna badge,
carnet e mappa della città).

Ore 9.30 – 17,30 :
Maratona del disegno dal vero e della fotografia attraverso la città di Ferrara, da
visitare con l’ausilio di una mappa consegnata al momento dell’iscrizione nella quale
saranno individuati i palazzi con accesso gratuito (mostrando il badge).
Ogni partecipante potrà, a fine giornata, scegliere quale disegno o scatto consegnare
ad ADV per partecipare al contest sul sito dell’Associazione.
Alla consegna dell’opera per il contest, verrà chiesta la firma di “liberatoria” per l’utilizzo
dell’immagine.
La durata del contest e la data di pubblicazione dei risultati sarà indicata sul sito
www.autoridiaridiviaggio.it .
L’immagine che raggiungerà il punteggio massimo sarà premiata.
L’uso dei carnet da noi consegnato non è vincolante per l’esecuzione della “maratona”,
ogni carnettista è libero di poter usare supporti cartacei personali di qualsiasi tipo e
formato.
Le modalità di archiviazione degli elaborati sarà per i disegni a mezzo di scansione
mentre per le fotografie attraverso un pc con cavetto USB ( cavetto a cura del
fotografo) in alternativa con file su chiavetta USB .
Ore 20.30 :
Alla sera, per i carnettisti e fotografi che hanno aderito all’evento attraverso la
compilazione delle schede A e B (allegate alla presente informativa) , potranno
partecipare al buffet allestito nelle sale del Palazzo della Racchetta .
Il costo del buffet è di 14 € circa.
Domenica 11 Maggio
La giornata della domenica , a partire dalle ore 9.00 fino alle ore 12.30 sarà caratterizzata da diverse
iniziative che si svolgono presso: Palazzo della Racchetta, centro storico della città e presso il Palazzo
Costabili, sede del Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Spina.
In particolare:

“Disegnando e fotografando in bicicletta” in giro per la città (con
accompagnatore)

Palazzo della Racchetta, Maurizio Pizzo presenta “OCCHIOGIOCO” macchine
da disegno.

Vendita carnet:
In una sala adiacente la mostra, tutti i carnettisti avranno la possibilità di vendere i propri lavori (carnet
autoprodotti o pubblicati, cartoline, segnalibri, calendari ecc..).
l’organizzazione si tratterà una percentuale pari al 30% del prezzo indicato dall’autore.
La consegna del materiale sarà possibile dalle ore 10.00 del 09 Maggio.

Dearest sketcher,
Autori Diari di Viaggio organizes the second edition of “Autori Diari di Viaggio Ferrara Festival”, an event aimed
at popularizing the pleasure of remembering and telling the time of travel through drawing and photography,
ideal tools to learn about the city, the region and the people who live it.
The event will be held at the ancient palace “of the Racchetta” inside the historical center of the city of Ferrara,
that along with its territory, offers jewelry such as the Herculean Addition, the perfectly preserved medieval
quarters that give, even to the less careful observers, multiple sparks as Palazzo dei Diamanti (Diamonds),
Place Ariostea, Municipal Square, the Arch of the Horse, the Cathedral, Place Trento and Trieste, Street of the
Volte (Arches), the City Walls, etc.
To the event, sponsored by the Municipality and the Province of Ferrara, also participates the Association of
Mogliano Veneto "Matite in Viaggio". In addition, this year the Ferrara Urban Center association and the Ferrara
National Archaeological Museum are involved, offering further opportunities for raising the awareness of the
artistic and cultural vocation of Ferrara in a context where the visitor is a privileged guest.
Exhibition:
Starting from the afternoon of May 9 up to the afternoon of May 11, you can visit the rooms of the Palace “of the
Racchetta” (www.palazzoof theracchetta.it), the exhibition of travel diaries and the photographic exhibition
where independent photographers and Ferrara associations’ photographers expose their works.
The exhibitions are intended to divulge and involve the audience in the art of representing the journey through
drawings and images.
The attendance to the exhibition is only upon ADV’s invitation.
The three-days manifestation will be organized with the following initiatives:
Friday 09 May
Palace of the Racchetta:
Hr 18:30 : Opening of the exhibition “Diari di Viaggio” and “Fotografia di Viaggio” with the participation of
guests from the Ferrara artistic world
Happy hour offered by ADV
Hr. 19:00 – 20:00: Registration to the Marathon of live-drawing and photography (delivery of badges, carnetsbooklets and city map).
Saturday 10 May
Hr 09.30 – 10.30 : Registration to the Marathon of live-drawing and photography (delivery of badges, carnetsbooklets and city map).
Hr. 09.30 – 17,30 : Marathon of the live drawing and photography throughout the city of Ferrara, to be visited
with the aid of a map, given at the time of enrollment, in which they will be identified the
buildings with free access (showing your own badge).
Each participant may, at the end of the day, choose which drawing or snapshot deliver
to ADV in order to participate in the contest on the website of the Association.
Upon delivery of the work for the contest it will be asked to sign a "disclaimer" for the
use of the image.
The duration of the contest and the date of publication of the results will be shown on
the sitewww.autoridiaridiviaggio.it.
The image that will reach the highest score will be awarded
The booklets given are not binding for the execution of the “marathon”; each sketcher is
free to use any personal paper supports of any type and size.
All the works delivered will be archived according to their format: drawings will be
scanned while pictures will be uploaded through a USB cable (cable at care of the
photographer).
Hr. 20.30 :
In the evening, all the sketchers and photographers that joined the event through the
fulfillment of the forms A and B (attached) can attend the buffet dinner, arranged inside
the rooms of the Palace of the Racchetta. The cost of the buffet is 14 € about.
Saturday 11 May
The day of the Sunday, from 9.00 until 12.30, will be characterized by a number of initiatives taking place
at Palace of the Racchetta, in the historic center of thecity and at the Costabili Palace, home of the Museo
Archeologico Nazionale di Spina
In particular:

“Drawing and taking pictures by bycicle” round the city (with escort)
•
Palace of the Racchetta, Maurizio Pizzo presents “OCCHIOGIOCO” drawing machines.

Agreements with hotels and restaurants

ADV has arranged with the Touring Hotel an agreement valid for the nights of 9 and 10 May.
The hotel, thanks to its central location in the city, is an ideal vacation spot for any kind of staying, offering a
high level accommodation solution and having a staff ready to welcome guests with warmth.

Sale of carnets:
In a hall adjacent to the exhibition, it will be arranged a carnets dealer where the sketchers will be able to sell
their works (published or self-produced booklets, postcards, bookmarks, calendars, etc. ..). The ADV
Association will deduct a 30% percentage on the price set by the author.
The delivery of the works to be sold will start from 10:00 of May 9.

1. FORM A – (IN LIGHT BLUE) - Aimed to an overview of how many sketchers and escorts will
attend the cocktail party, buffet and so on: please fill-in the attached Form A
2. FORM B - (IN RED) Addressed to whom did not attend the 2013 event: please fill-in the

Cher/ère « Carnettiste »,
L’association « Auteurs de Carnets de Voyage » organise la deuxième édition du «Autori Diari di Viaggio
Ferrara Festival »évènement destiné à faire partager le plaisir de rappeler et raconter l’instant du voyage au
travers du dessin et de la photographie, instruments idéaux pour connaître la ville, le territoire et les hommes
qui y participent.
L’évènement aura lieu dans l’antique « Palazzo della Racchetta » situé dans le centre historique de Ferrara,
laquelle de même que ses environs, offre des joyaux tels l’Addition Herculéenne « Addizione Erculea », des
quartiers médiévaux parfaitement conservés qui offrent également aux observateurs moins attentifs de
multiples occasions d’inspiration comme le Palazzo dei Diamanti, la Piazza Ariostea, la Piazza Municipale, le
Volto del Cavallo , la Cattedrale, la Piazza Trento Trieste, la Via delle Volte, les Mura, etc….
La manifestation patronnée par la municipalité et la province de Ferrara outre la participation de l’Associazione
di Mogliano Veneto « Matite in Viaggio » « Crayons en voyage », accueillera cette année l’Urban Center
Ferrrara et le Musée National Archéologique de Ferrara qui nous offrent ainsi une occasion supplémentaire de
faire connaitre la vocation culturelle de Ferrara à un hôte-visiteur privilégié.
Expositions :
A partir de l’après-midi du 9 mai jusqu’à l’après-midi du 11 mai, dans les salles du Palazzo della Racchetta,
(www.palazzodellaracchetta.it), il sera possible de voir l’exposition de carnets de voyage et l’exposition de
photos de photographes indépendants et d’associations de Ferrara.
Les expositions ont pour but de faire partager et d’impliquer le public dans l’art de représenter le voyage au
moyen de dessins et d’images
La participation à l’exposition est seulement sur invitation de l’ADV
La manifestation, d’une durée de trois jours, sera organisée de la manière suivante :
Vendredi 9 mai
à 18h30 : Inauguration de l’exposition
« Carnets de voyage » et Photos de voyage »avec la participation d’hôtes du monde
artistique de Ferrara
Apéritif offert par l’ADV
19h00 à 20h00 : Inscription au marathon du dessin d’après nature et de la photographie (remise
de badge, carnet et plan de la ville)
Samedi 10 mai
Palazzo della Racchetta
9h30 à 10h30 :
Inscription au marathon du dessin d’après nature et de la photographie
(remise de badge, carnet et plan de la ville)
9h30 à 17h30 :
Marathon du dessin d’apres nature et de la photo à travers la ville de
Ferrara, à visiter à l’aide du plan remis au moment de l’inscription et sur lequel
seront indiqués les édifices à accès gratuit sur présentation du badge.
En fin de journée, chaque participant pourra choisir quel dessin ou photo remettre à l’ADV afin de
participer au concours sur le site de l’Association.
A la remise de l’œuvre pour le concours, sera demandé la signature autorisant l’utilisation des dessin
ou image.
La durée du concours et la date de publication des résultats seront indiquées sur le site
www.autoridiaridiviaggio.it
L’œuvre qui atteindra le score maximum sera primée.
L’utilisation des carnets que nous remettons n’est pas une contrainte pour l’exécution du marathon.
Chaque « carnettiste » est libre d’utiliser des supports de papier personnels de n’importe quel type ou
format.
Les modalités d’archivage des copies seront , pour les dessins au moyen de scans tandis que pour les
photos elles se feront sur un pc avec câble USB (câble sous la direction du photographe) en alternative
avec fichier sur clé USB.
20h30 :
Le soir, les « carnettistes » et photographes qui auront adhérés à l’évènement en
remplissant les formulaires A et B, joints à cette circulaire, pourront prendre part au buffet
organisé dans les salles du Palazzo della Racchetta.
La participation au buffet est d’environ € 14,-
Dimanche 11 mai
La journée du dimanche, à partir de 9h00 jusqu’à 12h30, sera caractérisée par differentes
initiatives qui se dérouleront : au Palazzo della Racchetta, centre historique de la ville et au
Palazzo Costabili, siège du Musée Archéologique National de Spina.
En particulier :
« Dessinant et photographiant à bicyclette » circuit dans la ville (avec un accompagnateur)
Palazzo della Racchetta, Maurizio Pizzo présente “Occhiogioco” machine à dessin
“Alla ricerca della foto perduta”
Palazzo Costabili, visite au Musée Archéologique National de Spina (avec un guide – dessin
d’après nature)
12h30 : Palazzo della Racchetta : Apéritif d’adieu

ADV a passé un accord avec le Touring Hotel pour les nuits des 9 et 10 mai.
L’hôtel, de part sa situation en centre ville, est idéal pour des séjours de tout type avec sa structure d’accueil de

Vente des carnets
Dans une salle attenante à l’exposition, tous les « carnettistes » auront la possibilité de vendre leurs
travaux (carnets auto-produits ou publiés, cartes, marques page, calendriers etc…).
L’organisation s’accordera un pourcentage égal à 30% sur le prix indiqué par l’auteur.
La remise des articles sera possible le 9 mai à partir de 10h00
NOTE
1. Formulaire A (en bleu) Pour savoir combien de « carnettistes » et parents seront
présents au dîner, à la réception, au buffet etc…nous vous demandons de remplir
le formulaire ci-joint.
2. Formulaire B (en rouge) Pour ceux qui n’ont pas participé à la manifestation de
2013 ou bien qui ont changé de coordonnées (adresse, e-mail, tel. etc..), il leur est
demandé de remplir le formulaire ci-joint.
