There are 7 hectares of vineyards, with the grapes for this wine grown at an altitude of 30 to 42 metres on a gradual slope of sandy and silty soils. The wine is left on its lees for several weeks. TASTING NOTES Very crisp and mineral, with rich citrus fruit and green apples VICTUALS Muscadet and oysters is one of the surest wines and food pairings around, but it’ll also be dreamy on a warm day with the freshest seafood © Red Squirrel Wine Ltd 2015
