METHOD
Frédéric Guilbaud’s wines are entirely grown, vinified and
bottled at Château de la Bretonnerie, where his family has
been farming for three generations. There are 7 hectares
of vineyards, with the grapes for this wine grown at an
altitude of 30 to 42 metres on a gradual slope of sandy and
silty soils. The wine is left on its lees for several weeks.

Very crisp and mineral, with rich citrus fruit and green
apples
