Les Vignobles du Paradis belong to Alliance group. Alliance Loire is a
group of winegrowers who decided in 2002 to pool their resources in
order to offer a complete range of authentic, well-balanced wines from
Muscadet to Vouvray along the Loire River. Loire wines in general are
known as reasonably priced refreshing wines.
100% Cabernet Franc
It is located in the Loire Valley, West of Paris. The wonderful Chinon
vineyards covers about 2.000 ha. in the Vienne department. Sandy limestone
soil. Vines : 15 years old - 4942 Acres - Yield : 50 Hl/Ha - 3.05 T. /acre.
Completely destemmed and vatted for 12-18 days, depending on the year.
Fermentation in temperature-controlled vats
In stainless steel-vats.
Lovely ruby colour, violet aroma. Made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown on
a clay-limestone hillside, this fruity and aromatic wine develop wonderfully,
even when the wine is very young. It is an elegant, round and easy to drink
wine.
Delicatessen meat, white and red meat, cheese. After few years, it is good
accompaniment to games.
