Réunions…
New Catholics
Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the
Lord: The Easter symbols remind us of our life in Christ
and our commitment to him. We have been purified of sin,
made anew and restored to life through the death and
resurrection of Christ. The Easter symbols of water, light
and the white garment are reminders of our transformation
and unity with Christ. Easter celebrates what Christ has
done for us and is a time to renew our sacred commitment to
Him.
Dimanche
Seigneur:
de
la
Résurrection
du
Pleine lumière. Christ est vainqueur de la
mort!
Giving Thanks:
Thank you to the countless
volunteers who have served in the various ministries
surrounding our Holy Week celebrations. Noteworthy
mention is given to Altar Servers, Greeters, Ushers, Choirs,
Readers & Eucharistic Ministers, as well as to the liturgy
and decorating committees. We appreciate those that helped
to prepare the palms and those who worked to prepare our
Easter mail-out. A special thank you to all who participated
in the Holy Thursday & Good Friday celebrations. Sincere
thanks to all who remain involved in the various ministries
and groups in our parish. Special thanks to those who
quietly serve in so many areas of parish life. You are all
such a blessing to our parish!
Remerciements:
A special thanks to the Squires…
who
prepared the hall for our Palm Sunday celebration. In
addition, as they were participating in their 24 hour Fast, the
Squires sorted and cleaned all the chairs for the hall. Thank
you for a job well done!
We welcome through the ‘Rite of
Christian Initiation of
Adults’ (R.C.I.A.), two women who

community since last Spring. In this
rite they will receive full initiation
into the Catholic Church - Baptism,
First Eucharist and Confirmation.
Thu. Mar. 31
We thank their sponsors who journeyed along with them
throughout the year. Many thanks to the teaching team,
who generously shared their knowledge and love of the
Catholic Church. Thank you to all who prayed for them.
Many thanks to the CWL for hosting the reception that
