Product Description
The dried cranberries are processed from sound and matures cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon), well coloured and tasty, first
quality. They are sliced and infused in sucrose solution. Then the fruits are dried until the moisture level required and sprayed with a
light quantity of sunflower oil. No preservative, flavour and colour is added. The process is in compliance with the standards of the
law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110).

Description du produit
Les canneberges séchées sont produites à partir de canneberges (Vaccinium macrocarpon) matures et saines, bien colorées et
savoureuses, de première qualité. Elles sont tranchées et infusées dans une solution de sucrose. Les fruits sont ensuite séchés au degré
d’humidité désiré puis légèrement vaporisés d’une faible quantité d’huile de tournesol. Aucun agent de conservation, saveur ou
couleur n’est ajouté. Le processus se conforme aux normes de la loi sur les aliments et drogues canadienne et américaine ainsi qu’aux
bonnes pratiques de fabrication (21 CFR § 110).
