INFORMATION ABOUT FRIENDSHIP LINKS / « WHAT TO DO? »
THE PROCEDURE IN SI/E
CASE I
“WE WANT TO HAVE / WE HAVE AGREED” - TWO EUROPEAN CLUBS WANT TO LINK WITH EACH OTHER
Please send to SI/E Headquarters (by post, or by fax, or preferably by e-mail):
 an application form UNDERSIGNED BY BOTH CLUBS
 or a mail (preferably an e-mail) from BOTH CLUBS PRESIDENTS confirming the creation of the Friendship Link
The SI/E Headquarters shall send you back a letter confirming the official registration of the new Friendship Link.
CASE II
“WE WANT TO HAVE CLUB X AS LINK” / NO PREVIOUS AGREEMENT
Please send to SI/E Headquarters (by post, or by fax, or preferably by e-mail) :
 an application form UNDERSIGNED BY YOUR CLUB PRESIDENT (please fill in only the Part I and sign at the end)
 or a mail (preferably an e-mail) of request to link with the club of your choice
The SI/E Headquarters will pass your request on to the club, keep you informed of the answer and send you back a letter of confirmation if the
Link’s request is accepted.
CASE III
FRIENDSHIP LINKS WITH OTHER FEDERATIONS
ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING FRIENDHIP LINKS WITH OTHER FEDERATIONS HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SI/E
HEADQUARTERS
HOWEVER, if a mutual agreement between two clubs already exists, please send to SI/E Headquarters the documents as in CASE I.
The SI/E Headquarters shall send you back a letter confirming the official registration of the new Friendship Link.

LA PROCEDURE DU SI/E
PREMIER CAS
“NOUS VOULONS / NOUS SOMMES D’ACCORD” – DEUX CLUBS EUROPEENS VEULENT SE JUMELER
Veuillez s’il-vous-plaît envoyer au Secrétariat Permanent SI/E (par poste, par fax ou de préférence par e-mail) :
 un formulaire de demande SIGNE PAR LES PRESIDENTES DES DEUX CLUBS
 ou un courrier (de préférence un e-mail) des PRESIDENTES DES CLUBS confirmant la création du Lien d’amitié
Le Secrétariat Permanent SI/E vous renverra une lettre confirmant l’enregistrement officiel de votre nouveau Lien d’amitié.
SECOND CAS
“NOUS VOULONS FONDER UN LIEN D’AMITIE AVEC LE CLUB X” / PAS D’ARRANGEMENT PREALABLE
Veuillez s’il-vous-plaît envoyer au Secrétariat Permanent SI/E (par poste, par fax ou de préférence par e-mail) :
 un formulaire de demande SIGNE PAR VOTRE PRESIDENTE DE CLUB (veuillez ne remplir que la Partie I et signer)
 ou un courrier (de préférence un e-mail) faisant part de votre souhait de jumeler votre club avec le club désiré
Le Secrétariat permanent SI/E fera transmettra votre requête au club désiré, vous tiendra informé de sa réponse et vous enverra une lettre de
confirmation si votre requête est acceptée.
TRIOSIEME CAS
LIENS D’AMITIE AVEC D’AUTRES FEDERATIONS
TOUTES QUESTIONS CONCERNANT DES LIENS D’AMITIE AVEC D’AUTRES FEDERATIONS DOIVENT PASSER PAR LE
SECRETARIAT PERMANENT SI/E
CEPENDANT, si un accord a déjà été établi entre deux clubs, veuillez s’il-vous-plaît envoyer au Secrétariat Permanent SI/E les mêmes
documents que dans le PREMIER CAS.
Le Secrétariat Permanent SI/E vous renverra une lettre confirmant l’enregistrement officiel de votre nouveau Lien d’amitié.
