MISCELATORE “ELMIX”
La macchina viene utilizzata per umidificare, miscelare e trasportare la torba in automatico.
La macchina è mobile ed ha una prima tramoggia di contenimento e rimescolamento meccanico di 1,2 mc.
L’umidificazione/bagnatura del terriccio avviene in automatico mentre il prodotto sale attraverso la coclea.
In uscita la macchina è corredata di sonde controllo livello al fine di regolare una corretta presenza del prodotto nella
successiva tramoggia di ricevimento.
Capacità tramoggia litri 500 con pareti mobili, elevatore lunghezza metri 2, doppia fila di ugelli, scarico in automatico start/
stop con finecorsa, elettrovalvola e filtro acqua.

MIXER “ELMIX”
Automatic machine which provide to the mixture of peat and loam in order to obtain soft and homogeneous compounds.
The machine is used for humidifying, mixing and transporting peat automatically.
The machine is mobile and it has a first hopper of capacity and mechanic re mixing of 1,2 mc.
The humidification / wetting of the loam is coming in automatic way while the product rise towards the endless screw.
At the exit the machine is equipped by probes of level control in order to adjust a correct presence of the product in the
following receipt hopper.
Hopper capacity of 500 litres with mobile walls, length of the elevator 2 metres, double raw of nozzles, automatic discharge,
start/stop with limit switch, electro valve and water filter.

MELANGEUR “ELMIX”
La machine vient utilisée pour humidifier, mélanger et transporter la tourbe en automatique.
La machine est mobile et a une première trémie de contient et re mélange mécanique de 1,2 mc.
L’humidification/arrosage du terreau vient en automatique lorsque le produit sale à travers la vis sans fin d’alimentation.
A la sortie la machine est équipée par sondes de contrôle niveau au fin de régler une correcte présence du produit dans la successive
trémie de réception.
Capacité trémie 500 litres avec parois mobiles, longueur de l’élévateur 2 mètres, double file de buses, décharge en automatique start/
stop avec fin de course, électro vanne et filtre eau.
