FVA – Formeuse Verticale Accessible
DESCRIPTION
La formeuse verticale FVA c’est une machine particulièrement adapte pour des boìtes ayant une fonction
d’exposition, avec une taille moyenne ou grande et des couvertures à vantaux très élevés.
Le chargement des découpes déployées dans le magasin c’est très facile pour l’operateur.
Le modèle FVA est disponible soit dans la version avec fermeture par colle soit dans la version avec
fermeture par emboìtement. Les trois groupes de la machine sont avec asservissement d’entraìnement:
prélèvement, collage et façonnage. Les points colle sont gérés précisément par un système adhésif
composé de fuser et pistolets.
C’est en outre possible prévoir le montage de codeurs et imprimantes soit à jet d’encre soit laser.

La formatrice di scatole FVA è una macchina particolarmente adatta per
scatole espositore, di medie grandi dimensioni con coperchi a battente
molto alti.Il carico dei fustellati nel magazzino risulta molto agevole, in modo
da facilitare l’operazione all’operatore.Può formare scatole con chiusura a
colla oppure ad incastro e i tre gruppi principali della macchina: prelievo,
incollatura e formatura sono servopilotati, i punti colla sono precisi e gestiti
da un fusore abbinato completo di pistole.
The FVA box forming machine is particularly recommended for medium and
large sizes of display boxes with very high flap tops. The loading of the
blanks onto the patented feeding storage is very easy, thanks to the low
loading height; this makes operations much more easier and safer for the
operator.The machine can form boxes with both glued or interlocked
closures and the three main units (drawing, gluing and forming) are servocontrolled, the gluing points are accurate and managed by an on-board
melting station equipped with application guns.
