The Versoyen Campsite General Terms and Conditions of Sale (in effect on 01/12/2014)
La location d’un emplacement ou d’un hébergement locatif implique la totale acceptation des conditions de ventes
par les parties contractantes.
The rental of a pitch or accommodation indicates the full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by the
contracting parties.
A ce titre, le client déclare avoir pris connaissance des présentes conditions générales de vente avant la validation
de sa location.
As such, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the present general terms and conditions of
sale prior to confirming their booking.
1/ NOS PRESTATIONS ET TARIFS
Location d’emplacements de camping :
Nous mettons à votre disposition un emplacement nu, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, pour votre tente,
votre caravane ou votre camping-car.
Selon les campings nous proposons différents types d’emplacements (se référer aux descriptifs de la brochure
commerciale ou du site internet).
Le prix de l’emplacement : Il s’agit d’un prix par nuit d’occupation. Les emplacements sont disponibles à partir
de 14h le jour de l’arrivée et doivent être libérés avant 12h le jour du départ. Il comprend une installation, 1 ou 2
personnes et un véhicule. Ce forfait donne accès librement aux infrastructures sanitaires, d’accueil, à la piscine
(aux dates d’ouverture), aux aires de jeux et aux activités.
Suppléments : Les personnes supplémentaires (adultes ou enfants) ou éléments supplémentaires présents sur
l’emplacement (deuxième véhicule, animal, électricité, tente ou barnum supplémentaire etc.) font l’objet d’un
coût journalier.
1/ OUR SERVICES AND PRICES
Rental of pitches:
We will provide you with an empty pitch, for up to 6 people, on which you can set up your tent, caravan or
motorhome.
Depending on the campsite, we offer pitches of different types and sizes 0(see the descriptions in the marketing
brochure or on the website).
Pitch fee: Rates are calculated per night of stay. Pitches are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must
be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. The fixed fee covers: a tent, caravan or motorhome, 1 or 2
people and a vehicle. This fixed fee gives you free access to the shower blocks and toilets, the reception area, the
swimming pool (during opening dates), and the game areas and entertainment activities.
Supplements: Additional people (adults or children) or items occupying the pitch (second vehicle, animals,
electricity supply, extra tent, etc.) will be the subject of a daily supplement.
Location d’hébergements locatifs :
Le descriptif, la définition des saisons de location ainsi que les périodes et les durées de locations figurent sur la
brochure commerciale et le site Internet.
Le tarif de location comprend : la location de l’hébergement, les personnes (selon capacité) les charges (eau,
gaz, électricité), un véhicule, l’accès aux services de l’accueil, à la piscine (aux dates d’ouverture), aux aires de
jeux et aux activités proposées.
Entièrement équipé, seuls les draps et linge de toilette ne sont pas fournis ; vous pouvez en louer.
Votre hébergement devra être remis en état et propre lors de votre départ. Les locatifs sont non-fumeur.
Les locations sont disponibles à partir de 16h le jour de l’arrivée et doivent être libérées avant 10h le jour du
départ. Certains campings peuvent sur les week-ends hors juillet et août accepter un départ dans l’après-midi
au lieu de 10h.
Cession, sous-location : Toute location est nominative et ne peut en aucun cas être cédée ou sous louée.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, le nombre de personnes arrivant en séjour ne pourra excéder la capacité de
l’hébergement /de l’emplacement de camping.
A noter : l’attribution des places (emplacement de camping ou locatif) est réalisée sans distinction dans l’ordre
d’enregistrement des réservations. La Direction ne peut en aucun cas garantir que l’emplacement ou le locatif
sollicité par le campeur lui sera attribué, sauf en cas de frais de préférence. Néanmoins, en cas de force majeure,
le camping le Versoyen se réserve la possibilité de modifier l’attribution de l’emplacement ou du locatif.
Les activités annexes :
Toute activité gratuite ou payante mentionnée dans notre brochure ou sur notre site web ou dans un email peut,
dans certaines circonstances, être modifiée ou annulée à votre arrivée sur le site.
Tarifs et taxes :
Les tarifs de notre brochure sont en euros, TVA comprise au taux en vigueur au moment de son impression.
Tout changement ou modification de taux ainsi que toute évolution des taxes applicables à votre séjour, à la date
de facturation, pourra être répercuté sur le prix de votre séjour.
2/ MINEURS
Les mineurs non accompagnés de leurs parents ne sont pas acceptés sur les campings. Seuls certains sites
l’autorisent sous condition d’autorisation parentale. Se renseigner avant de réserver.
3/ RÉGLEMENT DU SEJOUR
Modes de paiement acceptés
Le règlement de votre séjour peut être effectué par carte bancaire (les cartes acceptées sont celles des réseaux
Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard), par chèque vacances (envoi en recommandé avec accusé de réception),
en espèces en euros et par chèque en euros jusqu’à 30 jours avant l’arrivée sur le camping.
Les chèques ne sont pas acceptés sur le camping.
Pour les réservations sur www.camping-bourgsaintmaurice.com : A la réservation, le règlement de l’acompte ou
de la totalité du séjour se fait par carte bancaire (les cartes acceptées sont celles des réseaux Carte Bleue, Visa,
Eurocard/Mastercard). La transaction est immédiatement débitée sur la carte bancaire du client après vérification
des données de celle-ci. Conformément à l’article L.132-2 du Code Monétaire et Financier, l’engagement de payer
donné au moyen d’une carte de paiement est irrévocable. En communiquant les informations relatives à sa carte
bancaire, le client autorise Camping Le Versoyen à débiter sa carte bancaire du montant de l’acompte ou de la
totalité du séjour. A cette fin, le client confirme qu’il est le titulaire de la carte bancaire à débiter et que le nom
figurant sur sa carte bancaire est effectivement le sien. Le règlement du solde du séjour peut être effectué par
carte bancaire, par chèques vacances (envoi en recommandé avec accusé de réception), en espèces en euros
et par chèque en euros jusqu’à 30 jours avant l’arrivée sur le camping. Les chèques ne sont pas acceptés sur
le camping.
Nos clients néerlandais peuvent aussi régler par IDEAL.
Modalités de règlement
La réservation du séjour ne devient effective qu’après confirmation par nos services et règlement par le locataire
d’un acompte et des frais de dossier (montants figurant en brochure ou sur le site Internet).
Règlement de séjour en Emplacement nu : le solde du séjour doit être réglé la veille du départ du camping ou le
jour d’arrivée, selon les campings.
Règlement de séjour en Locatif : Le solde du séjour doit être réglé, sans rappel de notre part, 30 jours avant la
date d’arrivée prévue pour la location ou le jour de l’arrivée quand le client n’a pas réservé.
A défaut du parfait paiement à la date convenue, Camping du Versoyen est en droit de considérer que le client a
annulé sa réservation et conserve les sommes déjà versées.
4/ DÉPÔT DE GARANTIE
Pour les hébergements locatifs, un dépôt de garantie dont le montant apparaît sur les tarifs est demandé à
l’arrivée au camping. Son versement pourra être demandé par carte bancaire. Ce dernier sera restitué dans
son intégralité le jour du départ ou au plus tard sous huit jours, après un état des lieux satisfaisant. Dans le cas
contraire, le dépôt de garantie sera prélevé. Les dégradations supérieures à la somme versée comme dépôt de
garantie seront à la charge du client après imputation du dépôt de garantie.
5/ ARRIVÉE RETARDÉE, DEPART ANTICIPÉ
En l’absence de message permettant d’en accuser réception du campeur, précisant qu’il a dû différer la date de
son arrivée, l’emplacement ou l’hébergement deviennent disponibles 24h après la date d’arrivée prévue par le
contrat de location, et le paiement intégral des prestations demeure exigé.
Aucune réduction ne sera consentie dans le cas d’un départ anticipé en locatif (voir possibilités de remboursement
dans le cadre de l’assurance annulation).
Dans le cas d’un départ anticipé lors d’un séjour en emplacement nu, nous ne conserverons que l’acompte des
jours non effectués si le séjour a été réservé.
6/ ANNULATION DE SÉJOUR
Annulation du fait du Camping Le Versoyen : les sommes versées seront remboursées et en dédommagement
le camping offrira aux clients un séjour équivalent.
Annulation du fait du client : celui-ci devra avertir le camping par écrit. A défaut, le client sera tenu du paiement
des sommes dues au titre du contrat.
Selon l’article L. 121-20-4 - 2° du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation n’est pas applicable aux
prestations d’hébergement, de transport, de restauration et de loisirs fournis à une date ou selon une périodicité
déterminée.
Annulation d’un séjour en locatif :
Pour tout séjour annulé plus de 30 jours avant la date d’arrivée, l’acompte, les frais de dossiers et l’éventuel
montant de souscription à l’assurance annulation restent acquis par le camping. Moins de 30 jours avant l’arrivée
ou en cas de non présentation au camping, le montant total de la location, des frais de dossier et de l’éventuelle
cotisation d’assurance sont dus et conservés.
Annulation d’un emplacement de camping :
Quelle que soit la date d’annulation, l’acompte, les frais de dossiers et l’éventuel montant de souscription à
l’assurance annulation restent acquis par le camping.
Pour obtenir un éventuel dédommagement, nous vous invitons à souscrire une assurance annulation ou
d’interruption de séjour lors de la réservation. Celle-ci vous permettra d’obtenir le remboursement partiel ou
total de votre séjour, selon les conditions prévues au contrat d’assurance.
7/ RÉGLEMENT INTÉRIEUR
Tout campeur est tenu de se conformer au règlement intérieur du camping sous peine de sanction pouvant aller
jusqu’à la résiliation du contrat.
8/ ASSURANCE
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de vol et détérioration des objets personnels sur le camping.
Le Versoyen ne pourra être tenue responsable en cas de vol ou de dégradations des objets personnels des
campeurs. Il est rappelé également que les parkings ne sont pas gardés et que le stationnement se fait donc aux
risques et périls de l’utilisateur.
9/ PROMOTIONS - VENTES DE DERNIÈRES MINUTES
Lors de ces occasions, il est possible que pour un même séjour, les clients aient payé des prix différents. Les
clients ayant payé le prix le plus élevé ne pourront en aucun cas bénéficier d’un remboursement représentant la
différence de prix qu’ils ont payé et le prix promotionnel. Les réductions ne sont en aucun cas cumulables avec
les promotions.
Rental of accommodation:
The descriptions, definitions of rental seasons, and duration and periods of rental are detailed in the marketing
brochure and on the websit.
The rental fee covers: accommodation rental, the people in the accommodation (according to capacity), ancillary
costs (water, gas, electricity) , a vehicle, access to the services at reception, the swimming pool (during opening
dates), the games area and entertainment activities.
Accommodation is fully equipped. Only sheets and bed linen are not supplied but can be rented. Your
accommodation must be returned clean and in its original condition at your departure. Accommodation is nonsmoking.
Accommodation is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of
departure.
On the weekends outside of July and August, some campsites can allow departure in the afternoon rather than
at 10 am.
Transfer and sub-lets: All accommodation rental is nominative and can in no case whatsoever be transferred or
sub-let.
For security reasons, the number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed the capacity of the
accommodation or pitch.
N.B: Pitches and rental accommodation are allocated without distinction and in the order in which the bookings are
registered. The management can in no case guarantee that a pitch or accommodation requested by a camper will
be allocated to them, except if pre-selection fees have been paid. Nonetheless, in the case of force majeure, the
Versoyen Campsite reserves the right to modify the allocation of pitches or rental accommodation.
Additional activities:
Any free or paid activity mentioned in our brochure, on our website or in an email can, under certain circumstances,
be modified or cancelled on your arrival at the site.
Prices and taxes:
The prices in our brochure are in Euros, inclusive of VAT at the rates in effect at the time of printing. Any changes
to rates as well as to the taxes applied to your stay, at the date of invoicing, could affect the price of your stay.
2/ MINORS
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be accepted on the campsites. Only some of our campsites
authorise unaccompanied minors under certain conditions (parental authorisation etc.). Please inquire before
booking.
3/ PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY
Accepted methods of payment
The payment for your holiday can be made by bank card (we accept Cartes Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard), by
“chèque vacances” holiday vouchers (sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt), by cash in euros,
or by cheque in euros up to 30 days prior to your arrival on the campsite.
Cheques are not accepted on the campsite itself.
For the reservations on www.camping-bourgsaintmaurice.com : On booking, the deposit or the total cost of
the stay must be made by bank card (we accept Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). The customer’s bank
account will be immediately charged once their card details have been checked. Conform with article L.132-2
of the Code Monétaire et Financier, once a commitment has been made to pay by bank card, the payment can
no longer be revoked. By giving us the details relating to their bank card, the customer authorizes le Versoyen
Campsite to debit the cost of the deposit or the total cost of their stay from their bank card. To this end, the
customer confirms that they are the owner of the bank card that is to be charged and that the name on the card
is their own. The payment of the balance of the stay can be made by bank card, by “chèque vacances” holiday
vouchers (sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt), by cash in euros, or by cheque in euros
up to 30 days prior to the customer’s arrival on the campsite. Cheques are not accepted on the campsite itself.
Our Dutch customers can also pay for their stay using IDEAL.
Payment conditions
Reservations only become effective after confirmation by our reservation service and payment by the customer
of a deposit and booking fee (amounts detailed in the brochure and on the website).
Payment for a stay on a Pitch: the balance of your stay should be paid the day before your departure from the
campsite or on the day of arrival, depending on the campsite.
Payment for a stay in Rental accommodation: The balance of your stay should be paid, without further reminder
from us, 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival in the accommodation or on the day of arrival if you have
not booked in advance.
Payment of the balance: in the event that the balance due is not fully paid on the agreed date, the Versoyen
Campsite has the right to consider that the customer has cancelled the reservation and retain the amount already
paid.
4/ SAFETY DEPOSIT
For rental accommodation, a safety deposit is required on your arrival at the campsite, the amount of which is
indicated in our price lists. You may be asked to pay this by credit or debit card. This sum will be returned to you
in its totality on the day of your departure or within eight days of the end of your stay, following a satisfactory
inventory of your accommodation when you check-out. If this is not the case, the security deposit shall be
withheld. The customer will pay the costs of any damage above the amount of the deposit after the security
deposit has been debited.
5/ LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the absence of a written message from the camper specifying that they have had to change the dates of their
arrival, the pitch or accommodation will be considered available and unoccupied 24 hours after the intended arrival
date specified in the rental contract, and the full payment of the services must still be made.
No reduction will be given in the case of early departure from rental accommodation (see possibilities for refunds
through cancellation insurance).
In the case of early departure from a pitch, we will only retain the deposit for the days that were not used if the
stay was booked in advance.
6/ CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY
Cancellation on the part of the Versoyen Campsite: the amount already paid will be refunded and in compensation
the campsite will offer the client an equivalent holiday.
Cancellation on the part of the customer: the customer should give the campsite written notice. If this is not the
case, the customer will be required to pay the amount due in their contract.
According to article L. 121-20-4 - 2° of the Consumer’s Code, the right to withdraw does not apply to
accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
Cancellation of a stay in rental accommodation:
For all stays cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit, booking fees and any payment of
cancellation insurance shall be withheld by the campsite. Less than 30 days before the arrival or if the customer
does not come to the campsite for their holiday, the total costs of the accommodation, booking fees and the costs
of any cancellation insurance are considered due to the campsite and will be retained.
Cancellation of a pitch:
Whatever the date of cancellation, the deposit, booking fees and any cost of cancellation insurance will be retained
by the campsite.
To obtain possible compensation, we suggest that you sign up for cancellation insurance or holiday interruption
insurance at the time of booking. In the case of cancellation for a reason covered by your insurance, this will
allow you to obtain a partial or total refund on the cost of your stay, according to the conditions indicated in your
insurance contract.
7/ INTERNAL REGULATIONS
All campers must adhere to the internal regulations of the campsite and are liable to penalties that could
include the termination of their contract.
8/ INSURANCE
We accept no responsibility for the theft or damage of personal belongings on the campsite. The Versoyen
campsite cannot be held liable for the theft or damage of campers’ personal belongings. It should also be
noted that the car parks do not have security guards and are used at the vehicle owners’ risk.
9/ SPECIAL OFFERS - LAST MINUTE DEALS
In these cases, some customers may have paid a different price for the same stay. The difference between the
price actually paid and the special offer price will in no case be paid back to the customers who paid the higher
amount. Discounts can in no case be combined with any other promotional offers.
