NGS data analysis
Description of course:
The U900 offers a course in Next-Generation Sequencing and data analysis to staff of the Institut Curie,
Centre for Research and Medical Section. The training is dedicated to biologists and bioanalysts
interested in analyzing their own sequencing data, and will cover the main NGS applications.
The course will be taught in English.

Course objectives:
At the end of the course, the trainees will be able to present their sequencing project, the challenges and the
main steps of the data analysis. They will be able to manipulate the data files, and to use the Galaxy
environment to apply a first level of bioinformatics analyses on their data.
