ETS Global, a subsidiary of ETS is recruiting a: Test Security Analyst Overall missions: Identify and investigate testing abnormalities and security breaches, including score validity and secure material violations. Time may also be dedicated to work on special projects as assigned by your manager or the Office of Testing Integrity. Conduct investigations regarding score validity including impersonation, copying, inappropriate communication, and unusual similarities in essays. Responsibilities: Support on the forensic and statistical analysis and analyze data to identify handwriting and voice discrepancies and unusual test response patterns for individual and group cases; Identify and conduct investigations into book loss including stolen, lost, and compromised materials, and miss-delivery; (work in collaboration with logistics and customer services) Conduct audits and/or observations to ensure test material receipt, security, storage, access, and compliance with test administration policies and procedures; Provide training to employees and testing center staff if necessary; (also for TOEFL IBT and GRE) Act as liaison between ETS and test takers and/or their representatives; communicate investigative findings and assist with remediation; (for TOEFL IBT and GRE) Communicate on a daily basis (via correspondence, telephone and meetings) with test takers, parents, attorneys, institution officials, and test center supervisors, adhering to ETS policies and principles; (for TOEFL IBT and GRE) Document investigative actions, prepare documentary files by determining information relevant to each case, and recommend course of action based on evaluation of evidence; Confer with the legal department, Business Directors, Operations members to interpret additional information as it develops and provide advice and opinion. Education and qualifications: - Fluent in French and English; University degree Experience working in a quality or security department Experience in operational audits (non-financial) Problem solver attitude Good knowledge of process management Autonomous, synthetic and well-organized Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills required Work place: Paris, travel availability Contract: Fixed Term, full time - Starting: ASAP In this position you will report to the Quality and Security manager and would be managed remotely.
