ETS Global, the international subsidiary of ETS, is recruiting for its most recent product launch a: Workforce Solutions Sales Manager – Europe and Africa Main Missions: The successful candidate will be responsible for the launch, and marketing and sales of ETS’s Workforce Readiness products. The role will suit a sales professional who is highly adept at adopting a consultative sales approach. A proven track record of selling workforce solutions in the human capital development and talent management environment is essential. Customer base includes Large Companies, Academic institutions and Governmental bodies. You will be able to provide evidence of over-performance in quota attainment, winning new clients and developing existing accounts. You will report to Associate Director Marketing & Workforce. Role: The Workforce solutions sales manager will be responsible for: - Selling our workforce readiness solutions and services to the corporate, educational and government sectors responsible for human capital development Building the client base and a reselling channel in key countries Following a structured process of lead generation, presentation, follow up and closing the sale Proactive approach to client development Building launching, pricing and negotiation strategies Market trend analysis and awareness for growth potential Preparation of presentation and proposals Integrating the workforce readiness solutions with our existing assessment and learning portfolio Coordinate all validation activities with the ETS workforce solutions team Experience and Skills: A minimum of 5 years' experience selling bespoke workforce solutions Demonstrable experience of developing new accounts and maximizing revenue from existing accounts Strong existing network of contacts within the workforce and talent management solutions sector Possessing business development 'hunter' mentality and skills Able to work with multiple persons in a solid team work in a research driven organization Able to work well with complex scenarios and to demanding deadlines Strong client relationship and rapport building skills Willing and able to travel Knowledge and understanding of the market and trends of the HR management industry. Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French as well as presentation skills, proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
