Sous la supervision du Responsable de la gestion de la fraude,et travaillant en étroite
collaboration avec le Directeur régional Financier de l`Afrique de l`Ouest et du Centre, le
titulaire du poste sera responsable du développement de :
• une culture intégrée de sensibilisation à la fraude, de rapports et d`action dans
l`organisation
• une stratégie efficace de prévention, de détection, d`investigation el de redressement de la
fraude, à travers toute j`organisation.
• moyens d`investigation interne et externe efficaces, y compris le soutien au personnel
impliqué dans les enquétes à tous les niveaux de l`organisation.
Principaux domaines de responsabilité
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion et du support des investigations sur les
fraudes, supporterai permettra l`intégration d`une culture de gestion efficace de la fraude au
sein de l`organisation, gèrera des projets
spéCifiques demandes par le Responsable de la gestion de la fraude, et participera à des
projets transversaux sur la fraude.
Job purpose
Reporting to the Head of Fraud Management, and working dosely with the WCA Regional
Finance Direetor, the holder of the position will be responsible for the development of:
• an embedded culture 01 Iraud awareness, reporting and response within the organisation
• an effective strategy of fraud prevention, detection, investigation and recovery across the
organisation as a whole
• an effective internai and external investigations capability,induding support to staff involved
in investigations at ail levels of the organization
Key areas of responsibility
The raie holder will be responsible for Management and support of Iraud investigations,

organization,project manage specifie projects as detailed by the Head of Fraud Management,
e.g. strategie doncr reviews regarding fraud
reporting requirements, and participate ln cross·functional
Description du profil du candidat
Profil du poste
Pour être qualifié pour ce poste, vous devez avoir :
• 5 à 10 ans d`expérience en investigation avec une connaissance ou expérience en audit
• une compréhension évidente de l`importance des activités contre la fraude et les
mécanismes pour réduire la fraude
• une connaissance des normes internationales et de la législation autour de la fraude et de la
corruption
• une excellente capacité d`enquête avec des résultats professionnels comme preuves
• des compétences analytiques
• de bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite, y compris dans la rédaction de
rapport
• de la persévérance, la résilience et un souci du résultat
• une bonne pratique à l`oral et a l`écrit du Français et de l`Anglais.
• une bonne capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
Qualifications and experience.
To be qualified for this position, you must have:
• 5-10 year`s experience in investigation with knowledge or
experience in audit.
• demonstrable understanding of the importance of counter fraud activîties and mechanisms
for reducing fraud
• awareness of global standards and legislation around fraud and corruption
• excellent investigative ability with proven track record
• analytical skills
• good oral and wtitten communication skills including report writing
• perseverance, resilience and concern for effective ness
• French Mandatory - Fluent in English
• ability to work with minimum supervision
